Went to Drs a week ago before leaving the county for a week. Got antibiotics and pain pills for 3…read moredays worth of relief for a broken tooth. Today I called when I came back into the area trying to get my pain managed with another prescription and a appointment for a tooth extraction. Was informed that I would not be given any more meds for pain but they would prescribe Motrin for me. People kill themselves from tooth pain. I have a real medical emergency and they don't seem to give a single care. I asked to speak with the dentist I was denied speaking with the dentist. Eventually they told me they'd leave him a message to call me which he has not. I asked for my records so I could go elsewhere and they refused to give me my x-rays that I just got done paying $85 for last week or the referral to go an oral surgeon. I called back asking if the doctor was actually going to get back to me at all or if he was just going to ignore his patient. She said she didn't have time to bother with me and she has other patients. I said I've been dealing with this for hours and I need answers. I fortunately have a friend in the dental industry who's requested my information and received it instead of this hack of a doctor office. She said that we don't give out medical records to patients. When I asked why she didn't give me an answer and she hung up on me. Very disgustingly unprofessional. Thanks for nothing guys It's kind of funny how several of your five-star Google reviews are from family members. Guess you needed that little boost to get past the negative reviews from your office huh?

I have NEVER heard of a medical "professional" speak to patients like I have heard this so called dentist has talked to his patients. I can't believe ANYONE would grace the doors of this so called dentist. Of course LUCKILY I was not in his office at the time BUT I had a friend who was that overheard michael pruitt speak to a patient, who was apparently in horrible pain, in a way that NOBODY should ever be spoken to; especially by a "professional". this patient that was in there (for the last time mind you) said that everyone in there could hear what this so called dentist said to this couple. He put them down for not taking care of this issue "because he had told them about it in 2020" and then essentially told them to leave. WHAT A FREAKING QUACK. I am sickened by what he put them through! I feel for this patient and am sorry for the embarrassment that was called by this "professional". Unfortunately I have heard this about michael pruitt too many times. Well, needless to say he will never be getting one red cent from my insurance nor me.

I have a minor heart condition that sometimes requires a fairly large dose of antibiotics at least 20 minutes before a procedure. Dr. Colvert saw this on my chart immediately and gave me the dosage and I ended up sitting in an exam chair for that extra time. He didn't send me back to the waiting area so he could put someone else in that chair. Some dentists would have time is money after all. This was absolutely one of the most stress free experience in a dentist office I could possibly have.

I recently visited another dentist which does implants and they were unsuccessful in an effort to stabilize the implant. I would never allow Doctor Harper to provide any further dental services to me and I used the words "to me " and he knows exactly why I used that term. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone for any dental services. I was in excruciating pain for more than twelve hours and he knows exactly why but will never admit what he purposefully did. Again, all I can state is never trust your dental health with this man.
