Today I called when I came back into the area trying to get my pain managed with another prescription and a appointment for a tooth extraction. Was informed that I would not be given any more meds for pain but they would prescribe Motrin for me. People kill themselves from tooth pain. I have a real medical emergency and they don't seem to give a single care. I asked to speak with the dentist I was denied speaking with the dentist. Eventually they told me they'd leave him a message to call me which he has not. I asked for my records so I could go elsewhere and they refused to give me my x-rays that I just got done paying $85 for last week or the referral to go an oral surgeon. I called back asking if the doctor was actually going to get back to me at all or if he was just going to ignore his patient. She said she didn't have time to bother with me and she has other patients. I said I've been dealing with this for hours and I need answers. I fortunately have a friend in the dental industry who's requested my information and received it instead of this hack of a doctor office. She said that we don't give out medical records to patients. When I asked why she didn't give me an answer and she hung up on me. Very disgustingly unprofessional. Thanks for nothing guys It's kind of funny how several of your five-star Google reviews are from family members. I have a minor heart condition that sometimes requires a fairly large dose of antibiotics at least 20 minutes before a procedure. Dr. Colvert saw this on my chart immediately and gave me the dosage and I ended up sitting in an exam chair for that extra time. He didn't send me back to the waiting area so he could put someone else in that chair. Some dentists would have time is money after all. This was absolutely one of the most stress free experience in a dentist office I could possibly have.

I called today to make the appointment to have them fixed and they asked about my cleaning. I told them I can not take extra time off of work and pay for a cleaning before I get the broken teeth fixed. The office manager decided that if I wouldn't let them clean the broken teeth first they would not see me for the broken teeth. Even when I explained that I was in pain and couldn't take multiple days off of work right now they said they would not fix my teeth unless I had a cleaning appointment first. For the record I have never needed a deep cleaning or had any gum disease. I also have a file stuck in a canal that the dentist broke off in there and couldn't get out. I should have found a new dentist then.
