Once I spoke with Nick ( the owner ) there was a sense of trust I felt, he understood the project more than any other contractor I spoke with so far. He quickly came out to perform an estimate, and I dreaded the idea of putting money out for a new deck.. Not only was his estimate insanely reasonable, he didn't suggest a new deck at all. He repaired some boards that were rotted and loose, and refinished the whole deck. My jaw dropped from the results, not only is IronRidge Contracting great at building decks, they are equally as great at repairing them! His estimate and final price lined up so well, he even offers financing, which I happily took advantage of this time around. When it comes to decks Nick from Iron Ridge knows what he's doing, saying he's an expert is an understatement. If anything go get an estimate, talk with them and trust me, you'll be hiring them in no time! A++ Thanks again Team!

However after my review, and although it was never said, I arrived home one day to find Amos waiting for me to make things right. I'd like to think that my review had nothing to do with it but it was clear after the work was done, and a comment was made about Yelp, that it had everything to do with my review. Either way, it all worked out in the end. He did the job and I'm happy with the results. While a tad alarmed to come home and find someone unannounced they did send the right gentleman to make things right. I was very upset with this company and for his cold call initially but did end up giving him the job. Why? Because he said all the right things, admitted fault with miscommunication within their company, and made it clear that he would do whatever to make things right. Which included a discount (although I didn't have a prior estimate for comparison so I'm taking his word for it), bumping me up on the schedule, and spending the time with me to gain my trust. Amos is truly an asset to this company, very professional and knowledgeable, not only with the type of work his company does, but also happy to recommend other reputable contractors. Now that the work is done I'm happy I trusted him and am glad he came and made things right. I've had strangers walk by and comment about how nice my railing looks and how identical it is to the original, which was wood and about 95 + years old. The profile, and every last little detail, including the round rosette type molding to the pillars were replicated in vinyl. The color is perfect too. I wasn't home when he came, and actually was surprised by the install date but they left my highly decorated porch (which wasn't prepped in the least for the install) as I left it, clean and without damage. I would use them again for future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and have to our neighbors who might do the same thing), only I'd deal with Amos directly.

I recently paid $625 to have my driveway cracks filled and driveway sealed by George. Unfortunately…read morehis crew over-sprayed the sealer onto my paver patio, house siding, chimney and garage doors. George's crew came back later in the day and we're able to clean the siding and chimney. George then promised he would clean the rest with a pressure washer the following day. The next day the crew was back. They did get the sealer off the chimney but the person running the pressure washer ended up causing damage to my paver patio floor. My paver wall also still is covered in sealer spray. At that point I asked George not to perform any more work as I needed to ask my professional hardscaper to take a look at the damage and provide an estimate for the repair work. Up until this point, George was apologetic and nice to work with. Once the estimate came in, George's attitude took a quick shift. The estimate to repair is between $2050 and $5750. George immediately responded that he will not pay the higher amount which includes replacing the wall if the hardscaper can't remove the sealer without damaging the stone. George is acting as if I damaged his house when in fact his company damaged my property, which he already admitted to. At this point, I'm waiting for George to provide his insurance information since the insurance information he has filed with the Attorney Generals office is not valid. I'm hoping he stays professional and provides his insurance or pays for the repairs however he keeps refusing to do so. I have Ring videos, voice recordings, and text messages to back up everything I have noted above. Here are some pics of the damage done by George's crew with the pressure washer and the text message where George says he is not paying to repair the damage his company caused.
