I generally do not write reviews, but I have to go out of my way to complete this one. Attorney, Brandon Davis is professional, knowledgeable, informative and personable and I highly recommend him and his services. My story: I located Davis Lawyer's online and left a voicemail for Brandon on a Sunday and received a callback from Brandon himself within a couple of hours. We had just received a letter that Saturday indicating my daughter (under 21) had a 1 month driver's suspension due to 2 out of state speeding tickets within a two year window. We were extremely upset and nervous because a month prior, she had also received 2 additional tickets for disobeying a stop sign while viewing her phone for directions. We were nervous these additional tickets could result in a longer suspension for her. Brandon appeared in court on my daughter's behalf and she received 4 months of court supervision, a $50 fine, and court assessments of $225., (as opposed to receiving a longer suspension), and NO ADDITIONAL IMPACT TO HER DRIVING PRIVILEGES, which was a terrific outcome. Brandon's fee was $750 and worth EVERY PENNY!!! Attorney Davis and staff (Miss Hillie) were great! I had a suspended Florida CDL license that I acquired several tickets in Illinois for driving on suspended and no insurance (3) separate times. I explained to Attorney Brandon Davis that in order to have the 5-year suspension lifted in Florida I would have to have these citations vacated or dropped to a lessor offense. Once these citations were lifted off my driving record, I could obtain an Illinois license. Attorney Davis quickly filed the motions and gave me an update on every move that he was making and the status. Great experience for a crappy situation. I was in Chicago on vacation from the west coast and I zoned out on the Skyway where the speed limit drops significantly before the tolls and got popped by a city cop for aggrevated driving. Brandon handled my case. He was a straight shooter and presented me with all the options that I would potentially have given to me by the judge. He went into it with the intention of getting the minimum penalty possible without feeding me a line of BS. The firm was able to represent me without having to go back which was a huge time/money savings for me and was able to get the misdemeanor offense knocked down to a $250 petty speeding ticket with 4 months court supervison. I had a ticket for passing a school bus with the stop arm extended, in a construction zone. He got it dismissed.
