She didn't know how to do the return and just suggested I go somewhere else since she couldn't figure out how to do it. She stated that, "We don't even sell those kind of crocs here." Ofcourse you don't because it's limited edition and SOLD OUT. She didn't call for help, didn't call for management, just kept saying she couldn't do it. The attitude definitely needs to go.

Brought groomsmen gifts to be embroidered, the owner stated it would not be a problem. I asked if…read moreshe had an issue, to please call me before proceeding. 3 weeks go by and I return to pick up the leather bags I had embroidered and the letters are not straight, one bag has been embroidered, unstitched and re-embroidered. Where they took the stitches out, the leather ripped. When I told them I wasn't happy and wanted to be reimbursed for the bag and refunded for the embroidery, the employee and owner both got very rude with me saying "that's just how leather is, I can't control the quality of the leather." They were very rude and very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
