They allow the kids to learn but also are not too intense that they don't have fun while they are leaning new skills. The location is super convenient (right off 495) and the schedule works really well for me. I emailed Lauren & was able to get set up with access to the online scheduler even before my first session. Super convenient! As far as classes go, I've only done the intro level, but give me a few weeks & I hope to be moving up. Even the intro level was a tough workout, and I definitely broke a sweat and had my legs shaking. Definitely an awesome workout, and I can't wait until I'm flying around like a rockstar!

I love that their gym does training classes or individual training so you are not just flopping around at the gym not knowing what you are doing, getting frustrated then then leave. Membership is by class or by training session so you pay for what you want.
