My only gripe with this particular location is that the morning classes can feel like a geriatric high school - very cliquish - and if you aren't part of the social club, you are overlooked. I've had women try to stake claim over certain reformers and act territorial if you happen to take "their" reformer. Overall, it's been helpful though for my joint pain, so I continue to forge on and try to put the blinders on and relax for the quick 50 minute classes.

I don't think anyone else in town offers such an inviting deal. I really look forward to strengthening my practice again, and seeing this studio grow.
