April was amazing start to finish! She completely kept me focused when necessary and also let my imagination wander to the most perfect moments that I truly cared about. Her vision for us was a little bit country with a little bit rock'n'roll. She truly nailed her design and execution, and helped with vendors. She even helped me get a discount on my wedding dress when I least expected it! We worked with April for over a year planning our wedding and every step of the way was stress free and actually fun!!! She went above and beyond. You can tell she really loves what she does and she has a great eye for design and coordination. The day of was absolutely smooth. She is an awesome person and we highly recommend her. After spending a year with someone planning the most important day of your life you really get to know their character. April is as honest as they come, and she puts her whole heart into weddings. I would not recommend the D-Tales. I could go on and on about the things I was not happy about, like her not showing up when the vendors arrived to set up and coordinate. But I am writing this review because today, 6 months after my wedding someone opened an account using MY EMAIL on Wedding Wire to write a 5 star review for the D-tails using details that only the wedding planner would know. I chose not to write reviews for the D-tails because I was not happy with April's service, but this is ridiculous! read more
