CURE saved my life! I had chronic pain for years and it wasn't until I found CURE that I was able to understand the root of my diagnosis.

My Daughter attended this program with in the beginning of 2023. I must admit they sell the snot out of themselves when you apply for admission. Lots of false promises. My daughter was doing fine until she entered the abdomen portion of the course with a New teacher Ms Donna who was extremely condescending to all her students and compared her images to her students. Sly remarks like no treats for you and direct condescending remarks in front of all other students that started making her stay unhealthy. We brought up that many of the students started to bully over group chats and smirk's made throughout the class towards my daughter. We brought up this bullying that goes against anti bullying for accreted schools who receive NY State funding. After speaking to the Director and President it was clear they are not competent in their rolls. They researched the bullying and said that they did a full investigation and that some of the students said my daughter was indeed the bully. I mentioned how could it be a full investigation when you did not sit with my daughter to hear her concerns? They suggested that we change Cohorts to avoid those students. Yup my daughter would have to lag behind because of bullying that they didn't want to manage smdh. They said they would try and get her into the next cohort that started in Jan and that we would hear back no later then Jan 22nd guess what like everything else they swept it under the rug. BUT... They want their money. My daughter now no longer is interested in pursuing something she loved because of the high school like behavior or some students and the Cure staff. Save yourself time and money and visit some of the Community Colleges that offer a program at 25% of the cost $47,000 for the program. So unprofessional. read more

Let me just start off by saying this school is an absolute joke! When you first start they make so many amazing promises to you about your future and job placement and great externship sites and how there would always be a back up site for you. Let me share my experience...I started October of 2016 and at the time they had a night class which was supposed to start 5 pm and finish at 10.....we never stayed past 7:30 pm. We constantly rotated teachers who would just read off the power point and not explain anything to you. We learned everything backwards, did not study physics for more than 3 days ( which did not prepare me to take the SPI whatsoever ) the curriculum was all over the place. Now when it was time for me to start my externship I was thrilled to finally learn out on the field...I was really interested in echo, of course there was no site available for me as soon as I finished. I was told to sit and wait, I waited for 8 weeks and it was only available on Saturday's and it was a vascular site which I had no interest in. I was only doing Saturday because the school could not find me another site. 7 months go by and I finally get another VASCULAR externship site. I was told to pretty much forget echo for right now and stick with vascular since they did not have echo available. ( no hospital wants to be affiliated with CURE ) so the school pretty much chose my future for me. I attached a picture below and it is an email from a previous program director who was asking students to write great reviews and give it 5 stars for $25. I know there is another program director now, ( they change teachers and directors constantly) so whatever reviews you are reading that has 5 stars, do not listen to that. 1- Find a less expensive school and more professional. The office staff is uneducated especially the registrar lady, rude and she thinks she's the student police . Students take her for a choke and they do whatever they want. Very expensive, instructor don't even speak clear enough English for you to understand them and they end up leaving. What a mistake this schools was! We just have full respect for one person, the director -Dr. Watchiba, but he doesn't have enough power to protect his students. read more

If you are reading this review because you are considering attending this school, look elsewhere. Once you get enrolled you are on your own. The staff cares very little about students once they are in. If you have any issues, you will be ignored. Students are out for months before they get to go out on externships, as sites are limited. Very few places wants CURE students because of their bad reputation. They talk great and make promises that are not met and if you dare called them out you are backlisted. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY from the cure center. We got to the campus and met with Rochelle ( in admissions) - she was very nice but seemed like she may have just graduated the program and during our hour sitting with her she read off of a computer screen made up of slides to explain some details about the cure center. Not something I expected from a school who wants to charge 47,000 for a 16 month in session program. Whoa - not done yet it gets better ! She then sits us down with financial aid - a woman who did not introduce herself , very stoic looking , unpleasant woman to say the least. This woman expresses that my daughter would be dependent because of her age - I questioned that being that I've done my research and had found that my daughter would be independent. She expressed that "this is what she does" and proceeds to give us a list of items she needs to complete a financial aid package for us . Ok fine - we now had to get everything together , complete the fafsa and when the fafsa was complete we were told she would get the information and have this package together by the time we came back for our second meeting! Let's fast forward - fafsa done - my daughter is in fact INDEPENDENT STATUS! We go for our second meeting today and Admissions asks if we completed a prommisary note ( well no we did not because we were not ready to sign anything since we were waiting for financial aid to present this package ) admissions also then asks me for my taxes ( WHAT) because my daughter is dependent . I was boggled but figured they didn't have it together . I expressed "shouldn't you guys have that information? I thought this meeting was to introduce a financial aid package to us , I was also told that once we did the fafsa you guys would receive a breakdown of what my daughter was eligible for " ahhhh guess what - admissions had no clue so we had to wait until they try to get their info together - shortly after - admissions had my daughter sign on to fafsa right there and then to print the paperwork herself ! Wow ! Gets better . We now are directed into "financial aid" where we sit with the same unpleasant woman who. She immediately asks for the items on the checklist that she requested . I stated that before we go into signatures and dotting I's and crossing T's we should discuss financial aid and the package she was going to present ! I stated that she told us my daughter was a dependent when in fact she is not , I also asked if she has the fafsa information ready and the financial aid package ready , So no package was ready - we were told at this moment that she never got the fafsa information and that it has to go through a third party . Something that was never expressed . I proceeded with the FACTS as to why this was very frustrating in which I was told to "take it down a notch" - In which I did NOT - I was not screaming or acting irrational- I was clearly bringing light to how unprepared , unprofessional , unfriendly , and crazy this experience was and how the reviews I had read were all being held true ! This woman clearly knew what I was saying was in fact true because she was biting her lip, acting confused , and FINALLY ( ready for it ) she expressed " well I'll have you know I am the president of the school and I am just helping out in financial aid and admissions should have expressed this to you " I replied with " AHHHHHH well had that been expressed to us last week and again this week then maybe the communication would have been different " with that she asked us to " table this for the day " and my daughter replied with " no we will just table it" we took our paperwork and walked out. This is so disgusting - This woman , the PRESIDENT of this program Marlin F.- was in the financial aid office helping out with minimal knowledge focussing only on getting our paperwork. Do not waste your time or money at this school. They lie about being able to place students and treat them as if they're disposable. They also will put students out mid way through classes and still demand payment. Overpriced and unprofessional. You've been warned. read more

This school is a scam, administration changes very frequently. The school administration withdrew me from school 2 days into a new semester for a matter that was disclosed to them at enrollment. I moved from another city to attend this school and had to work a crappy job due to the school hours. After all was said and done, I was released from school with a great academic and attendance standing. I paid about $400 out of pocket per month to cover tuition. The school still tried to collect $20k in financial aid in my name as well as now are charging me $3700 for a semester that I did not complete. The president of the school forced me to sign a waiver of responsibility just so she could scam me out of money that I clearly cannot afford. I have filed several complaints and would recommend other sonography students NOT to waste their time. These people have NO compassion or consideration for working people, in addition there are MANY cheaper options out there! read more

The school has the most unprofessional staff and personnel. They have not filled out my school forms correctly in 7 months and is still on going. I have not been able to receive any money from the VA because they could not correctly fill out paperwork. They do not care because this money does not go to the school. The school appears to be on the verge of going out of business. Do not attend this school. read more

This school really deserves ZERO stars. The owner Karen made all the promises in the world to her students and followed up with NONE of them. When she gave a tour to interested students, she said the school was accredited, which they were NOT at the time, they were licensed. BIG DIFFERENCE. IT was a completely unorganized program, different teachers every other week because they would either get fired or quit. Students who just "graduated" would be our new teacher the following day even though they had no idea what they were teaching. We were promised clinical hours in the hospital, NO hospitals would take any of the students. We had the "leisure" of clinical hours at the school, performing on patients they found around the neighborhood and the school would pay them $10 to come in and get scanned. When students voiced their opinions to Karen, she would either get nasty or cut you off and pretty much tell you that you did not know what you were talking about. This school was a waste of time. I would recommend it to NO ONE. Ripoff report summed it up perfectly. I had the honor of touring the school and speaking with a bunch of the personnel and students and they were nothing but accommodating, knowledgable and honest with me about my questions and concerns. i was also extremely thrilled to know that they have great job placement.
