My mother had butter pecan - the pecans were toasted and the base had a nice creamy, buttery texture - the color was a beautiful golden. The pineapple ice cream was very refreshing and had a pleasant iciness to its texture. The four of us had ice cream for $12 - I think that was a great deal! Really nice owner who is great with kids. I found out that there are no longer serving it, and in its place they now have cabbage casserole. The young lady on the phone helped me decide to give it a try. Don't get me wrong, I love cabbage. Fried cabbage would've been a better option for their menu because this did not taste good at all. Please put the broccoli casserole back on the menu, or consider sharing the recipe so that those that love it can still enjoy it.
