I wouldn't trust it. Lots of knock offs and random hours. They want you to call before you go in.

Firstly, I should let everyone know that I am a disabled veteran. I was given a neck injury while…read morein the service back in 1999. So when I tell you that I have lived in pain, I have done so for a very long time. With my only treatment option since then, were pain medications. While I would not normally preface a review with such personal information, it lends itself to how healing of an experience Soul Retreat Massage Therapy has been for me. When the VA informed me that they were no longer going to support these medications, I was taken back a bit. Possibly even offended, or worse.. abandoned. They suggested Massage Therapy, and my little voice was saying "Are you kidding me with this?! Seriously?!". I went to my appointment, not expecting much to change and already had it in my mind how I was going to tell the VA thanks for the waste of time. But this was never going to be the case for me. Then came Donna.. We sat and spoke about my injury, and where the pain was localized and how it would spread from my back, and down my arms. She had tailored her therapeutic massage to target these areas, and she explained everything. How I would feel the next day. What she did not say, was that this grown man would cry. For the first time in over twenty years, I was pain free. Without medications or contraptions. She is a true god send.

I was super skeptical when I pulled up to a really ugly brick building right next to the airport,…read morebut they have done an excellent job completely transforming the basement space into something totally luxurious and relaxing. The 60 minute float was the perfect amount of time for me. I did fall asleep at some point which was nice. I was super sleepy and relaxed for the rest of the day. The float tank also does a great job of relieving minor aches and pains because you can stretch with no weight on your joints. I wish that I had thought to turn the lights off in the room before I started, because there was a little bit of light seeping through the cracks of the float tank. You can have the option to turn the lights and spa music in the tank on or off. My skin was super soft afterwards because of the epsom salt, but you might want to plan to do this on a day when you don't have any plans afterwards, because my hair was kind of funky for a while afterwards. The person at the counter was really friendly and did an excellent job of explaining everything. They provide a towel, q-tips, ear plugs, and anything you might need. The cost was $55 for one hour as a new customer. Definitely hoping to come back here and I've been recommending it to everyone!

Moksha Wellness Centre is set to explode with yogis new and old in the coming months. The owner,…read moreNichole, was educated in Rishikesh, India and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the space, her classes, and her staff. The instructors have a varying set of backgrounds but the same goal: to make your practice a well-rounded experience. The studio doesn't claim to give you a "work-out" and doesn't tout heated classes or try to pretend to be something they are not. Does yoga work your body? Yes. Are the instructors able to challenge a seasoned practitioner without scaring away a green yogi? Yes. Will you sweat and challenge yourself mentally and physically? Of course. The instructors at Moksha will teach you how to make your practice as vigorous, gentle, or in-between as you like it. There are also other services, such as angel card/spirit/astrology readings, reiki, massage therapy, and more to come in the future. They also offer henna tattoos on Thursday evenings as well as trinity healing. As a new business, expect some minor schedule changes as they figure out what days and times attract students. The new student special is $25 for unlimited yoga. Once you take two classes, you have gotten more than your money's worth. There are also various workshops held, some based in healing, others in yoga. Some emphasize energy balancing, while others emphasize meditation, breathwork, or groups of asana to improve. Come on by and experience the warm, friendly environment that many studios seem to outgrow, but Moksha will never lose! http://mokshawc.com/
