It's pretty simple - the Golden Rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Again, this "Bombshell" waxing incident was from 5 years ago on the northshore but I still remember it as though it was yesterday. The wax job itself was fine - she mapped out my face and left what she think I needed to grow out but it still looked messy once I scrubbed the tint off, which hurt considering it wasn't easy to remove. Let's just say I left not being able to look anyone in the eyes. How embarrassing! On a plus side, the inside of this business is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. As for leaving happy with the service, this was a bad experience for me and the $69 I lost.
