There really was not much hair/scalp massaging. They scrub your hair and wash it. They also provide a facial and massage your arms, back, feet, and hands. Afterwards, they bring you to do a heavy metal detox. I'm not sure if it actually works, but it is a cool concept. They do charge to blow dry your hair if you do not want it to be air dried.
