She was kind, funny, and of course helpful as she wheeled me all the way up to where I wanted to be! She took my name and location and came up after the show, let me wait for the final song to be over, then wheeled me all the way down. She navigated the crowd, and even helped with with the merch line after the show was already over. She was very nice and understanding and helpful, and I enjoyed the show and the after process SO much more because of her. The world needs more people like her!

We have a similar larger venue near us that is an absolute pain to go to. We were so impressed by the very active parking attendants and how neatly they arranged our cars. We were happy that the parking lot was entirely gravel as opposed to the muddy field we are used to. The entry process was effortless - they have a no bag policy but, they were allowing people with very small bags to enter after searching their bags. You can bring in a blanket and even a short beach type chair of you have lawn seats. The biggest difference between this amphitheatre and the one we typically go to is the lawn size is tiny here and there is a lot more stadium seating. I was able to get tickets for a deal that Ticketmaster was running- 2 tickets for $50. So that was great! We didn't try any concessions because we packed a picnic for the lot before the show. My only comment would be there is no good lighting on the lawn during the show- and could be a safety hazard. My friend and I agreed the 3 hour drive was well worth it for a great show and venue.

I kept tripping over a step they had to get to booths that were elevated. Full bar, good prices, a great place to see a band.
