I have canceled with them several times and have had many apologies by the representatives I have sent emails and I have also sent instant messages on Facebook and on I believe their website looking for an update and nothing. The only time you can get a hold of anybody when they call you to collect payment for services I don't even think they are actually providing. They are scammers and they are unprofessional. I do NOT recommend them. All this company is, is a referral funnel to get you hooked with their partners. I was offered a $5k credit line with a sketchy website who sells their products at twice retail value, with an outrageous 27% APR. In addition, i was partnered with a very pushy home buyer consultant who was trying to get me into a rent to own program where you'd pay almost double a property's value. I have been with them for a bit over 4 months now with absolutely no changes to my credit. Besides the referrals, they only updated my address on 3 separate accounts. I discontinued service with the Credit Agents over 4 months ago and out of the blue they contact me telling me that I owe them for disputes. Really!?!? I concluded business with them months ago and even then I asked for a refund because they didn't help increase my credit score whatsoever and yet they denied it because their was a name change. I was upset but that's in their terms so I charge it as a loss and kept moving and now 4 + months later they're drumming up other charges claiming to have made deletions. Really!?!? I had to go to Lexington Law, to actually get help for my credit. The Credit Agents use incentives to keep you. They said within 6 months if I don't have results then I could get a refund and be done with their program. I tried to cancel several weeks ago, and unknown to me they were trying to keep me long enough to go past the 90 days so they could "disqualify" me from getting my refund despite what the agent had told me when I first called. I was told something complete different so they could get me to sign the agreement no questions asked. They tell you what you want to hear but not actually keep to the verbal promises and just take the money and give you "discounts" if you give them positive reviews, so essentially buying the 5 star reviews. You can do this on your own for $19.99 and save yourself the $349 that the want from you up front just so they can sign you up and work on identity iq for you! Next. The promise to get you results in 35 days! That's a lie because if you don't keep identity iq, they can't see or update shit! I use credit karma and it's probably the most accurate tool that's free out there! I've been monitoring what this company has been doing and NOTHING! I've basically just been scammed out of $350+ for them to set up a user name and password for identity iq! On top of that the only time they contact you is if they need your money! Anyone and everyone. Don't be fooled by anyone in this company that they have the power to help you! They aren't the ones doing anything. Anyone can dispute their credit issues. It's accessible through credit karma!!!!! FREE! These people really don't even know what they are doing because if you ask them what's going on, you get an, "UM UM UM... we need to check identity iq for updates!" Wtf???!! I don't really like writing reviews but I felt the need to write about this scamming company! Maybe it will help ONE person not join. I joined in January bc I needed some help with improving my credit scores so I could buy a house. They tell you that it would probably take about 3 months for any deletions, which I understood. When you first sign up they make it seem like they are genuinely trying to help and that they are in constant communication with you... that is a LIE! I had signed up with Casther and every time I called him I would have someone tell me that he's on the other line or has stepped out of the office and that they'll pass along my message.. I would never get any calls back from him. It wasn't until I sent him a frustrated email that FINALLY someone named Betty reached out to me and said "oh I'm sorry Casther was promoted thats why you haven't heard from him". Like he couldn't just simply reply back to my email and say that. Anyways, Betty took over my account and the lack of customer service is TERRIBLE!! There is no communication, they have a texting service that you can send messages through and even then they don't respond to you. On month 3, what a coincidence , I had ONE item deleted, which was NOTHING I needed deleted for my score to improve. It was just an address that was deleted. Whoopdido! By this point, I had made it very clear to Betty that I just wanted my initial $349 back and expressed my concerns and their lack of communication. She said I would qualify for a full refund back. A month went by and I had not heard anything from anyone. So I decided to call and spoke with someone named Rebecca. Rebecca is clueless to anything going on in there! she said she needed to check with her supervisor blah blah blah. Long story short, I was promised a phone call back. Guess what, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! Said she would leave notes in the system. a MONTH went by so I called back and this time spoke with Sydney. Sydney had no idea what I was talking about bc clueless Rebecca hadn't left any notes. so here we are again going through the same bs! I feel like the honestly do this on purpose to see if the client will just give up and Credit Agents will just keep your $349. Well, Sydney promised a phone call back and to my surprise (sense the sarcasm) I received nothing. I called again on 6.24 and was greeted this time by Isabel. Isabel.... if you are reading this, please know that you are the sweetest, you have great customer service and I truly appreciate the call back you promised! After doing a pay for delete with the collection company, The Credit Agents charged me for the deletion. I called the collection agency and they informed me that they had not received any correspondence from The Credit Agents. I have told them, to cease any further activity from on the account and they are still text messaging and emailing me telling me they are working on my account. They don't take no for an answer. They will take your money and claim to get stuff deleted but reappear on your credit in less than a month. I been with them for over a year hoping for better results but I fooled myself having hope. I asked to leave the program where and a gent debated that I should pay that months $199. Mins you this is right after hurricane hit. They took the money when out my account. I was hesitant at first about this service, but now I am happy that I jumped into the program. Priscilla, and Coral have been great with keeping me updated on my scores. My score has come up quite a bit, and I am now on round 2 of disputes hoping that they will raise my score even more. Veronica Martinez has been great in the billing department. I joined The Credit Agents around June 2020, as of today no changes have been done on my credit report, when calling they never answer they have this recording and if you want to dispute a charge all you get is "sorry all agents are busy call back later" but if you call back and choose new customer they answer right away, how convenient. What a waste of my time, and they still owe me the initial subscription of $349.00 and have yet to see the re-found. They claim to re-found the money if they are no changes or deletions on you credit by the third month well they had 6 months and nothing has happened, please don't hire this company to help you built credit. It has a really good price and out of all the issues my report had and they said they could take care of they only removed one and kept charging me for other stuff they were "removing". When I would question the removal and no change on my credit report they would say its part of removals and I still had to pay. So I ended up paying close to 600 after initial 350 they ask up front.
