The second time, again a Mac(2021) that I had updated to the latest software; the software dumped a program that I use for work. They were able to recover the program all within 20 minutes. Again the fee was reasonable. I will be coming back whenever I need help with any of my computers. I also recommend checking out their computers that are for sale. Excellent prices and they look new. Not like some used computer stores that you know, just by looking the computer is used. I felt like I was inside Best Buy. The store is clean and well kept.
