The second time, again a Mac(2021) that I had updated to the latest software; the software dumped a program that I use for work. They were able to recover the program all within 20 minutes. Not like some used computer stores that you know, just by looking the computer is used. I felt like I was inside Best Buy. The store is clean and well kept.
