Meet the Business Owner: Steve C.

I have been repairing musical instruments since I was in Middle School, taught by each of my Band teachers as well as my own self-teaching from books and just 'hands-on' learning. By high school, I was the one the students handed their instruments to for repairs. In college, I had a side business repairing instruments in my dorm room. After many years following a different career path, I decided to open my own music store in 1991 and repaired thousands of instruments over the years for my rental program, as well as for my customers. I am a current member of NAPBIRT (National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians).
