I've shopped at The Outlet for a few years now. It's a great little store for finding awesome bargains, and considering it's size it is really packed with a lot of super finds. I do lots of crafts but my primary focus is scrapbooking and I can always find a ton of paper, embellishments, tools & storage for my papercrafting passion! The prices are often rock bottom and everything I've ever bought has been in perfect condition and worked great. My favorite part of shopping at The Outlet is that I never know what I'm going to find when I go - especially if it's been a few weeks since I shopped there last, I know it will be fun to see what new items have been brought in :) There's so much more than just scrapbooking items though, most every craft/hobby is represented with discounted supplies. Going to the Outlet is like a treasure hunt!!! I am a "Jill of all Trades" when it comes to crafting so I'm always on the lookout for something interesting to create WITH or create ON and The Outlet has plenty of things to choose from! Just like most everyone else has said - you never know what you're going to find. It is true that you need to look things over really well so you know what you're getting into but the small bit of flaws I've found are worth the great deals. Most of the time, the flaws are more cosmetic than anything and don't effect the performance of the product itself. read more

Shopping @ the outlet is like being on a treasure hunt, you never know what you'll find but it will always be a bargain. I go to the Outlet every day they are opened. I only shop other craft stores when I need specific items and need the item right away, otherwise I wait until it comes to the Outlet. The staff are the best, they are so freindly and helpful. they make everyone feel like family. I can't wait until it opens again. Once you start shopping there you become addicted. I love this store. It is like searching for buried treasure, you never know what you might find. The variety of things available is wonderful. Since may items are returns you need to check over the product good before purchasing but the deals are worth the extra time. I just wish I could get in there on Thurs. before many of the "best deals" offered each week are gone. Even my husband encourages me to go each week. Being someone who does many different crafts, I don't think I've ever left without buying something. Have even gotten many things for my daughters up coming wedding! read more

One of my favorite craft bargain spots. You just never know what you will find. Not the place to go if you need something specific, but if you are in the mood to browse and find a great deal, this is your spot. Make sure to inspect your purchase completely as quite often products are store returns and may be damaged. Other things are salesman samples, overstocks or damaged packaging. Prices start at or near wholesale and go down from there. read more

I live in White Cloud and was SO disappointed! I can't even remember how many years I've shopped The Outlet and it keeps getting better and better! I've filled a few keychain cards too! I love the place, and often spend lots of time there browsing. Always something new to see each time I go. Love the memory and the sewing areas the best - my "thing". I often bring new people with me when I visit. I agree - it's addictive! And the staff is always so nice. read more

I love shopping here! I love how you never know what you're going to find. If you are a general crafter and are always looking for supplies, this place is heaven. I love taking new people here to discover it. And my 4 year old always asks if we can go to the craft store. There are always excellent crafts for kids. The Outlet gives you deals you can't beat on craft materials. That said, you do have to look some items over to ensure they are not damaged in a way that will render them useless. This store is one you cannot live without. You never know what you will find that you cannot live without. The people are friendly and helfpul. I have been going through withdawal this past month because The Outlet has been closed due to road work. Please GR - get the work done so we can shop again. I love this store! You never know what you might find for your crafting needs. I've gotten some tremendous deals and usually walk away thinking "I can't believe this deal!" i really like shopping at this store! I find unique products that are brand new or returned. You do have to check over the product. As a seamstress I appreciate getting a lot of my supplies at a very low cost. I have gotten a lot of things that i really enjoy using at the outlet. read more
