I d always walked past Couture Company and wasn't exactly sure on its target audience but since entering the world of a rock n roll bride I am now initiated in the fact that Jo creates that best wedding dresses ( sadly I realised this after I bought my dress, but I ve still had my cake and eaten it). Jo ( the owner of couture company) and her team make your dreams come true! You want a dress you can ride a unicycle in - they make it, hello kitty on your dress, no problem! I took part in a bridal shoot in digbeth and was asked to pop along to CC where Jo would pick a dress for me! The dress was stunning and fitted me like a glove ( me and Jim nearly ran away and got married there and then). I had some stunning shoes by revive shoes to wear, covered in buttons and a fantastic head piece created by CC...I felt like a quirky princess. Jo has since moved her fantastic design area and creation studio to Fazeley St and when I visit I feel like Charlie in the chocolate factory. In awe of what I see & hoping I can hang out in the corner without being asked to leave! As well as making dresses, belts and headpieces you can also buy corsets and petticoats. Jo also stocks the shoes by Revive and Crown and Glory head pieces. I also noticed some felt bouquets by jamball. Please make sure you book a consultation if you want to pop in.
