I like how they speak lots of languages, and it's more convenient for my mothers generation who knows that she trusts what they're saying about their garments when she can speak to them in her own language. I'd recommend visiting the store, car parking is available nearby, and the shop is served with bus routes regularly from the city and West Bromwich. Quite busy on the weekends though.

And to be honest you will find better bridal saris elsewhere. Having said that the saris at Milans are good but not excellent and you might want to buy some saris from here anyway. That's just my view. I did like the god statues and I am into them. The majority are Hindu gods and they are well priced. I haven't actually brought any statues but I might just return here to do so. They sell a good and varied selection of Asian clothing in here, and is the ideal visit if your shopping on Soho Rd. Everyone knows about this place and they have decent and reasonable prices. Over the years my family, especially my mother, have spent a small fortune in here buying Saree's and accessories that come in the most delightful of colours and fashions. It's nice how they've branched out to also include shawls, kitchenware, fashion accessories such as bindis, and items that you may need for religious worship. Overall a delightful store. The staff were really helpful, suggesting a couple of other places I might consider trying - and even suggesting alternatives that my friend might consider us wearing, whilst still sticking to our colour scheme. When we went to the shop the man who owns the shop showed us the dress which was the same dress she saw on the mannequin 7weeks ago. The dress had marks and few beading missing. The dress which she wanted hadn't arrived and the owner lied saying the dress in front of us was the new one she ordered. The owner lied so much he had no idea after a while what he was saying. The owner is the rudest person I have come across screaming at the customers. Customers needs did not come first. Owner didn't want to listen to the customer and lied over and over again!! There are also Mens sherwanis on sale so there is something for Men and they are not waiting for their partners to come out of the store. No offence women but you do spend way to long in shops. I looked around for in-person shops here in Los Angeles, but knew nothing could be as good as getting a dress made in Pakistan. I chose a deep red, fully beaded dress. The process was pretty easy. I took my measurements, and they sent me a "dummy" dress. This way, you can make any changes before the final dress is cut. And it's an important part of the process for me as I was unable to try on a dress in person. Communication via WhatsApp was great. They were always willing to work with my requests. They even made a red dupatta, that matched my dress, for my maid of honor at the last minute so she stood out. I received so many compliments about this dress. The dupatta was amazingly beautiful. It is truly a work of art. And well worth the money. Great prices, great process, and lots of variety to choose from. I will say, the dress was very heavy, but I was able to manage myself in it. I'm taller and the weight was manageable. Well worth it!!

I took part in a bridal shoot in digbeth and was asked to pop along to CC where Jo would pick a dress for me! I had some stunning shoes by revive shoes to wear, covered in buttons and a fantastic head piece created by CC...I felt like a quirky princess. Jo has since moved her fantastic design area and creation studio to Fazeley St and when I visit I feel like Charlie in the chocolate factory. OK there are Men's shirts on offer but that's not the point. If you have something on show and you are not actually selling it, you do kind of feel cheated. I was disappointed by the fact Badial were not offering enough range in the Mens department. This is more a Ladies retail clothing shop and there are two floors of clothing. The ground floor has saris and blouses for Women whilst the first floor has Menswear and more saris for Women. There are also cooking saucepans as well as bangles on offer.
