When in Canada for a family road trip, we stopped in Regina to rest and wanted a street, and as we…read morewere driving, we saw Dandy's Artisan Ice Cream and decided to stop in. The shop in itself is so cute; it has accents of cream, black and gold, giving it an elevated, chic look while the smell of ice cream invades your nostrils in a pleasant way. The staff was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the: Ube, Red Velvet Cream Cheese, and Vanilla bean. Ube - 10/10 The Ube was delicious; the ice cream had a thick texture, and the ube was very rich. I would definitely say thatwith the size we got, you would be able to comfortably share this one Red Velvet Cream Cheese - 10/10 - If I could have this as a cake I would. Occasionally, when doing the red velvet and cream cheese flavors, you are not able to taste them as they are drowned out by the ice cream; this was not the case for Dandy's. Each bite represented a balance of both flavors really well Vanilla Bean - 8/10 - I think overall the flavor was what I expected it to be, there wasn't anything super special about it and it was a good scoop of ice cream. It meshed well with the candy pieces my daughter added to it. Overall as a quick spot for either a family night, a girls evening or a cute date spot Dandy's definitely has your delicious dessert.

The cinnamon buns are nice and gooey. I can't wait to visit Joe's again when I return to Regina!

The staff were super helpful and very kind and patient as the 6 of us tried different flavors while we decided. Ended up getting 5 different flavors in cones. The superhero was also very good and reminiscent of Superman flavor that you normally see at ice cream shops like these. If you are in the city or visiting Regina, like ice cream, this is definitely a spot to put on your list.
