It is mostly presented by a monk or nun sometimes it is just a wonderful teacher. Very Western friendly. They also sell fantastic books, mandala and other incredible items at a fair price. The studio is clean and calming and I always feel so much better when I leave than when I came. Post pandemic they have reopened with new safety measures in place. It's a wonderful place to let your worries rest awhile and give your body and mind a good stretch! Would highly recommend for any age and any skill level.
