The movie starts at 9 and then there is a break until the next one starts because some people only come for the one movie or don't want to be out so late. We usually get there at 7 to get good spots and let the kids play and catch up. If there are people in the backseat I definitely recommend bringing blankets or chairs to sit on outside of the car because it's hard to see from a backseat! Since I wasn't driving, I took them back inside and explained again that we needed plain patties with nothing added. They remade them, but when we got back out to the vehicle and checked the second order, those patties had been salted and peppered. So back inside I went for a second time. What bothered me most was the response when I returned. I was told that we should have specified "no spices," and by the third attempt there was noticeable attitude from the employees I was dealing with, including those preparing the food. I understand that having to remake an order is frustrating, but I wasn't asking for something new or changing the order. I was asking for what we had ordered in the first place: plain patties, just the meat, with nothing on them. Yes, these particular patties were treats for our dogs, and the restaurant did finally get the order right on the third attempt. I appreciate that they corrected it. But there's also a serious reason restaurants need to follow what a customer actually orders. People sometimes order specific foods or leave ingredients off because of allergies or other health concerns. They shouldn't have to explain their personal medical history to justify receiving the food exactly as they ordered it. In our case, we checked the patties before giving them to our dogs, so the mistakes were caught. For someone avoiding an ingredient for health reasons, adding something that wasn't ordered could have much more serious consequences. Three attempts to receive two plain hamburger patties with nothing on them was already frustrating. Being made to feel as though I was the problem for asking that the original order be prepared correctly made the experience worse. We also purchased our own meals during this visit, so this wasn't simply a stop for two dog treats. Unfortunately, the overall experience has made us much more likely to take our business to their burger competition in the future.
