I definitely like the idea of these Kiosks. I feel that they are very strategically placed and make it easy to grab a great cup of coffee in many places that would otherwise not be able to have coffee available to the public. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I try, or what I show them, the baristas (plural) REFUSE to acknowledge they simply learned the recipe wrong. I have gone out of my way to be very polite, but the baristas are low-key arrogant (despite being wrong) and behave as if wanting what I actually ordered is somehow a burden that they will do their best to work around. I recognize that maintaining good chewy boba is challenging as I once operated a Boba cart, but the boba here was literally not edible.
