I had endless problems with my Outlook email system recently and when the Nerds in Ottawa were super-busy and could not respond immediately, Matthew Kirkland stepped right in and took care of my problems. He also gave me some great advice. Because Microscoft had done 'updates' that had thrown my Outlook set up out of wack, there was extra work to be done to get my Outlook to work properly. He refused to accept extra payment. I have had computer problems over the years and used many other 'computer repair service' companies, but nothing compares to Nerds on Site. They are very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and very fair. They have my business as long as they want it.

Then no guarantee that it would be fixed. I went to Computer Guy around the corner and he fixed it all with no fuss no muss. Even took the time to instruct me on a couple of separate issues at no charge.

It can be a tiny bit frustrating - I've stood in his store waiting for 15 minutes while he helped someone by phone instead of telling them to bring their computer in - but that just shows that he won't sell you anything or do any work that you don't really need. Not always name-brand equipment, but always rock-solid performance and great value.
