    They charge a lot for travel fees and they're not local I don't recommend them at all they're very expensive for what you get

    I wish to commend Sandy and Nicholas from CTP Computers for exercising recent high-quality customer…read moreservice. In the month of May I approached them inregard to a portable multiple-screens purchase that required careful configuration measures, in order to work with my notebook computer. It was not an easy matter to sort out. However, Sandy and Nicholas -- and Sandy was most directly involved -- were both patient an helpful in determining the peripherals needed, and to then accomplish several different trouble-shooting adjustments to make sure everything worked properly. It was very good, thorough service, in an age where quality retail maintenance service is a rare commodity. I will be back for further business with CTP Computers. --Steve Clarke

    Charged me $22 dollars for a "rush" that did not happen. At 12:30 I stressed that it was imperative…read morethat I get my computer back by 4:30 PM or to call me. No such luck! They had closed early at 5:45PM. The following morning I was told that they could not answer the phone because they were so busy. I hate it when someone I pay lies to me and I paid for a "rush" that did not happen. To fix my problem it would cost me more and then even more to back up my files. Then no guarantee that it would be fixed. I went to Computer Guy around the corner and he fixed it all with no fuss no muss. Even took the time to instruct me on a couple of separate issues at no charge.

    Customer service is non existent. We bought at and it didn't even last two years. Since I…read morepurchased the extended warranty I was told as soon as the returned tv got to head office I'd get my money back to purchase another. First of all they lied. When head office got the tv they sent me an email saying they would take a few days for them to actually diagnose the issue and they would get back to me. Well they didn't get back to me until the morning of the 31st... So I only had until midnight to get in on the sale that I was promised. Well that never happened because of a myriad of issues they had online with my email. The sale would not go through. So then I kept trying all day and night and then missed the site because they failed to send the code earlier. Not too mention I could not get help from their head office. When I tried calling their head office no one could help me and I talked to several different people. I was in the phone with over 4 people and on the phone for nearly two hours and they still could not complete the sale. Plus we were charged an additional $100.00 because of missing the midnight deadline (which was their issue, not ours). If I could I would just go elsewhere to buy my tv, but I'm stuck with these losers.

    a sales person at my auto dealership suggested i go to Best Buy and purchase a bluetooth device to…read moreplug into the USB port in order to get GPS on my auto dash screen. i was told i didn't have the feature. i walked in the door and met Erin and tried to explain what i was looking for. after talking for a few minutes he told me to drive up to the door and proceeded to check out my system along with my phone. in a matter of minutes he had google gps and car play functioning great. he didn't make this old guy feel like a tech loser. i appreciate his dedication to making a customer happy. thanks again for superb service!!
