If you prefer a quiet workspace, and/or management that is interested in the concerns of the space's tenants and customers, this is NOT the space for you. I asked some chatty people if they might move to the open conference room after they had been talking for over an hour in the middle of the work-space, and I was scoffed at and laughed back to my seat. I tried introducing myself hoping to re-set and talk about this, and one of the two people who had been talking for an hour said "I'm the manager" and I was dumbfounded. I was shocked that the manager would be talking for so long in the main space, during work hours and then rolling her eyes and scoffing at me like my request for a quiet space was a personal offense. It was super bizarre and insulting- and in an email after the event, the same manager let me know that I can pay for hours in the conference room if her talking is so distracting me. So... steer clear if you're looking for a workspace where you can work in peace and safety I guess. But stop by if you're looking for something akin to a big room with occasional hours of distracting chatter and zero regard for any of your workspace concerns. read more
