Like most gyms, it depends on when you go as to how busy it is. The one consistent thing is the employees seem to hang out at the front, chatting with each other and eating at the front desk. I do wish the employees supported the trainers more especially in the HIIT area. When there's a class, some other members have an attitude about having the leave the space and some don't move at all or say things to the trainer. It's the trainers job to ask people to leave the space and some don't even ask people to leave - I'm assuming it's to bypass the pushback. The class is 45 minutes and the schedule is on the app, it shouldn't be that much of an inconvenience for them.

When a machine goes does down it takes weeks for them to fit. When management is asked about when a machine will be fixed they say "We have no control, we have to wait for a maintenance company to fix and we have no idea when that will be." My opinion is that when people buy memberships they expect all equipment to always be operational or only down a few days at the most. Responses from the staff that I'll get fixed when it gets fixed is crazy.
