There is a great display of decanters, pitchers and other stemware that I admired for awhile before moving on to enjoy browsing the colorful, decorative and interesting stock. I think it's smart that they have both modern and country style crockery. One of the women on staff checked their order catalog for me because I was curious about some items I couldn't find. She noted that they order items for customers if necessary. Both ladies on hand seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Here's my story: My mom had purchased a casserole dish as a gift for me from this store. I wanted to return it because it was too large and the store didn't have any smaller ones in stock. The clerks refused to make the return, despite that I had the store receipt in hand, because I was outside of the 7 day purchase date and my credit card wasn't the one that purchased the dish. I explained that my mom was very busy and I wasn't sure when she'd be able to come in, and I have a small baby at home and this was the first time I could come in. They said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything. I asked for cash back instead, and they refused saying they couldn't make an exception for one customer. My problem was that they were claiming they couldn't do anything, but they actually could and were just refusing to do so. I buy most of my speciality kitchen-ware from Savour, which is a cute shop in Inglewood. Its customer service is much better and I love its products. I will never shop at Zest again.

They seem to carry nice high end cook ware, pans, pots, knifes, all of which I know nothing about. They had some very cool kitchen accessories, pretty much everything you could imagine! They had some of the nicest measuring cups, I was very tempted! The prices all seemed reasonable for the quality of the items, they had cheaper options too. There was a corner that was dedicated to baking, all kinds of whisks, even sprinkles and confetti. I did find my apple cutter, they had 3 different ones, from $8 to 12. I think Happy Cooker is a great place to pick up a gift for any foodie friends you might have! I loved the selection they offered! Checking online, they did indeed have what I was looking for. These guys have a small showroom/office area with many of the different types of racking, shelving, and accessories they carry. In the warehouse area they have what seems to be the most popular items stocked. If you're looking for larger racking I'm guessing you have to order it in unless they maybe have a yard out back where its stored. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered to cut the lengths of supports I was purchasing to the size I needed, saving my lots of time playing with my hacksaw later that day.
