I asked the very helpful sales lady, and she checked in back for me. I got the last set! w00t! I also picked up a couple gifts for bestie that I thought she would like, and the saleslady let me know that if I order online and pick up at their store, they get credit for the sale. Good to know! Management doesnt have any idea what they are doing, the plant manager Lan is really bad at his job, He has no idea what country he is in or what his job is, The higher ups just tell him what to do he is litterally a puppet. If for some reason you decide to use this company then the good ones that work there are Paul (floor manager), Martin(team lead for manufacturing), Dustin (service tech), and carrie (Head of HR). litterally everybody else has their heads so far up their butt they end up talking with it and spraying crap all over your face. I called many times and even went into the store to have this remedied but never received an answer. Even if they would've apologized and couldn't fix it i would accept it but it seemed as though they wanted me to just forget about it and push my questions off to other people. When I purchase from high end stores I usually expect the customer service to be high end as well.
