They have a phone booth room that you can book if you need to make a private call, but otherwise sitting in the Business Lounge (cubicle) area is quiet enough to take calls with a headset. Work Local requires you to respect people around you and be quiet, like talking on your phone or being on a zoom call in the common areas. they have designated rooms for you to go in so you can talk on the phone or on zoom. The Duxbury place let people leave their doors open and talk on speakerphone and was 2-3x the price, so I never went back. I highly recommend checking out this place.
