This was a great value boost and the facilities were new and clean. We are extremely happy with our choice. The staff is friendly and responsive and our son loves his teachers. Miss Karol has always been special to Cooper but he also is thriving with her new teacher, Miss Wendy since he moved up to the Toddler class. I requested a pro-rated refund three times and they have not acknowledged me at any time. Poor customer service. They stole my $465. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
