A hot mess! The start date for class was postponed two weeks later the day BEFORE the original…read morestart date because of a "family emergency". Two weeks later we're told we have a new instructor just for the second day another family emergency occurs with her which isn't her fault. However the following day everyone is waiting outside the locked doors 15 minutes after class was supposed to start because no one's there! No lights, doors locked, no one was answering our calls, no emails or a heads up, nothing! Our class of 25 dropped to 8 that following week because the lack of unprofessionalism and communication was absurd. The one saving grace out of this school was our instructor Miss Terri. She went above and beyond making sure we weren't behind on our course due to the inconveniences that occurred that disrupted our learning days. She was patient, understanding, and lit up the classroom with her lively energy. If it wasn't for her I think the course would've been postponed again for god knows how long until they found another teacher on short notice, she saved my time and made sticking through the struggles worth it. I couldn't be more grateful but besides that I would not recommend. The lack of communication was terrible from the people in charge and even though Google reviews has a high rating (god knows how) I recommend going somewhere else for these kind of certifications. Yes it might cost a bit more but trust no low price is worth the headache and uncertainty.

Michelle, the master of all, took us through the various trades - oil, beef, currencies, indexes, precious metals, corn, et al. Each has distinct attributes, but all can be done in the trading environment. Michelle would spend half the time instructing, and half the time making us actually create and execute trade tickets in a simulated market environment. So at the end of the course, I walked out knowing what i don't know and how to stay on the course to become a trader. The facility is great, the beverages and snacks give some energy, lunch is free and choices of sandwiches and salads. I highly recommend this course of instruction for those who desire. I can't imagine how it could be any better than the OTA approach. Also, cudos to the front desk - Ashton and Brittany - for keeping us on track throughout the week.

I worked with Ely S., who was incredibly kind, patient, and made the entire process easy. Training had fallen to the back of my priority list, and our credits had almost expired. Ely was diligent and *followed up with me*. I cannot stress how thankful I am for this, as I often find myself in the mix of several projects at once, with minimal time to spare. It means so much to have an account manager with tenacity. My remote junior Helpdesk Admin registered for an Office 365 course. She was satisfied with the registration process, and came back from training with solid knowledge of the admin console, Exchange Management PowerShell, and a far better understanding of our hybrid deployment. She's looking forward to registering for additional courses. We also plan to register other departments for courses which allow for better cross-training and cohesive support/troubleshooting. I work at various New Horizon locations across the country and this one really sucks…read more First, no one knows what is going on, disorganization to the extreme. Second, the room was not prepared to the corporate contract that we have with New Horizons. i.e. Panera was never ordered, a printer was not set up, there were no white boards to use. Last and probably the most important part, there was a dead cockroach on the floor for three days in the room. It only reiterates the fact that no one takes pride in their work.
