As a professional jeweler I expected he would be able to determine what the material was before cutting and inserting it. When I took it back in I was told "nothing can be done" and if I wanted a piece that actually matched, or replace it with a different material, it would be an additional $95. This is a Zuni pin signed by the artist and affects its value. (He also had the pin for over a month.)
