Having worked in customer service myself, I've always believed that you shouldn't judge a company only by how well they perform, but also by how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. He was easy to communicate with, provided a reasonable estimate, and completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. The job required bringing large segments of gutter through the house to access a high deck. Clearly they had done this many times before. I enjoyed watching their choreography of moving these long segments through a home without a clear floor path and with the added challenge of chandeliers. Brilliant! I highly recommend Jesse and Mountain Gutters. They provide excellent work at competitive prices and in a timely manner.

James came out when he said he would and it didn't take him long to point out several problems with the roof. It was obvious he knows what he is talking about. He was the only roofer who came out that I trusted to fix it right. Other roofing companies came in slightly lower on the bid but it was obvious they would not be fixing it right and it would be a waste of money. James came in right around what I thought it would cost. He did a lot more than I expected. He not only addressed the poor design he also replaced all the roof vents and a solar tube light. James did not try to add any last minute charges and what he quoted is what I paid. I inspected the work as he did it and I did not have any complaints. I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. These guys are very good at what they do and when it comes to redoing my entire house they will be getting my business. It is very hard to find a good contractor in Big Bear. If you need any roofing repair or replacement I fully recommend them. Take a look at the photos others have posted and you will see the quality of their work. They don't take any short cuts. They do it right the first time.

Some of the windows were caked with a layer of silt and looking outside through the windows was pretty pitiful. Scott came out to give us a quote and we were quite surprised by the reasonable price he asked for. He spent 6 hours cleaning the inside & outside of our windows along with each screen, including some funky windows that were up high and super difficult to get to. When he finished we had to throw in some extra $ because he did such an epic job. We kept marveling at how crystal clear the views were and we just sat in our window seat enjoying the sight of our gardens after he left. We will continue to have Scott maintain our windows because we are never going back to grubby windows!

Process went from quoting, asking between which brand of composite (our choice of material) and color, scheduling project dates, and permit application. Went up on the roof after the project was done and everything looks great. He easily invoiced us and we received permit certificate from SB for our records.
