Some of the windows were caked with a layer of silt and looking outside through the windows was pretty pitiful. Scott came out to give us a quote and we were quite surprised by the reasonable price he asked for. He spent 6 hours cleaning the inside & outside of our windows along with each screen, including some funky windows that were up high and super difficult to get to. When he finished we had to throw in some extra $ because he did such an epic job. We kept marveling at how crystal clear the views were and we just sat in our window seat enjoying the sight of our gardens after he left. We will continue to have Scott maintain our windows because we are never going back to grubby windows!

On the day of the booking, she alerted me again about the tech coming out within the time capsule provided. Gabriel, the on-site technician was professional, and meticulous in doing the work.
