Shani mentioned on the phone that the service they'd be providing would be a regular cleaning service and not a "deep clean" though it was so thorough it looked and felt like a deep clean to me and my husband! WOW. They made our house sparkling clean in 2 hours and didn't miss a thing. We've had cleaners in the past not move items to dust (dusted around, ya know?) but not a surface was missed. Several days later my husband was still pointing things out that were cleaned very thoroughly. We appreciate the attention to detail and care that Shani and her team took with our home. We're looking to make room in our budget for a monthly cleaning with Clean Scentsation. A+

Quick update to my novel below: The recent pictures posted…read morefrom the owner are of my house and only of items that may have been somewhat cleaned...but don't let them fool you because if you look closely you can see the dirt and grime on the floor. I also went ahead and added more pics since the owner wanted to message me and tell me his cleaner only missed one drawer and window shield that I supposedly left finger prints on after she left. I would not give any stars if I didn't have to. I'll try to keep this short... I got a quote for a move out cleaning service to clean up after an evicted tenant so I could have a clean property for my new tenant to move into. I specifically asked the owner what would be included (see photo). I was satisfied so I booked a date. I received an invoice for payment and tip the day prior to my appointment which I didn't find appropriate since no one had shown up and no work had been done. On cleaning day a very nice lady showed up with three of her younger daughters at 10:30. The entire house was vacant and I left them inside to clean as I oversaw the garage being cleared from the belongings of the evicted tenants. Three hours later the lady had me come inside to explain what she had done. She walked around the house telling me various things she had cleaned as I wobbled through the house, 8 months prego. I walked her out and about 20 mins after her departure I went into use the restroom. That's when I really noticed the first of MANY uncleaned areas, starting with the toilet. I took tons of photos but I was only able to list a few and I chose the ones that would show you that they did not deliver on what they promised. Anyways, I reached out to the owner right away and at first I thought he'd be helpful but instead he only offered to have the same lady come back to clean again and in a time frame that did not work since my tenants were to receive the keys at 4pm that day. He did not offer any sort of refund or discount, he only offered to tell me that the order is closed after the "walk through" and that's why they do them. I don't know about you but when I am promised a service I put good faith that it'll be completed and if not than at the very least they will try to do something to rectify the issue that works for the customer instead of blaming them for their own subpar service. I attempted to reach out again the following day to the owner and explained that my tenants refused to move in and would be willing to have someone clean before they moved their stuff in but never received another response. If after this you still use this company just make sure you have something in writing and be ready to take a white glove to your entire area when their cleaners are done.

Oh yes and she also did the carpets and steps after we really liked the roses on the toilet paper it was just another beautiful detail. Her team is the perfect example of what attention to detail is. I mean they vaccumed even the corners and bottom horizontal seams where the baseboard meets the carpet and tile, every corner every seam dusted all the blinds cleaned all the windows and dusted the screens vaccumed the Flys and dead bugs, spider webs!! The house is so clean I can look up and admire the vaulted ceilings. There's allot of wood accents on the house and I have never seen them shine as much as they do. My dog isn't sneezing all over the place like when other cleaners leave it's just an amazing service we love Them I will recomend her service to everyone from now on it gives me a feeling of comfort knowing I will have such a cozy and wonderful smelling house when she's done.
