Everything was left spotless and her cost was more than appropriate. She also went above and beyond. There were things that I needed to carry out to the dumpster and she helped me for at least an additional hour taking them out. She also did little things like cleaning out my vacuum that were not a part of what I originally requested. I appreciate how much time she spent and how much effort she put into everything. I would absolutely hire her again!

Anna's communication and responsiveness was great, unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about the service. She was able to quickly schedule me the next day. I requested that she arrive at noon. She finally arrived at 12:30 resulting in my husband having to join a conference call for while showing her around. With no notice that she was running behind other than a message saying she would be there "soon". There were several things left undone. Such as rugs left flipped up, placemats scattered, bathroom tray was left turned upside down and everything was rearranged. Flower pots and pictures were moved around, toothbrushes were off the chargers, chairs were left pushed out and all of the cushions were just thrown on the couch. My cleaning supplies were also used and a bottle of Mr Clean power spray is missing and the pledge was left on one of the bedrooms. (Which is hard item to get right now) I have not asked her to return and do not plan to do so. I included some pictures to show the sloppiness.
