The team was in and out, friendly with my kiddo and saved me hours of solo housework-- to me it's worth the price, especially when we are entertaining. These guys have been my go to since 2018...I have never been disappointed. Thanks, Top Shelf

I had a terrible experience with this company and its owner, Simon, over what ultimately turned out…read moreto be a miscommunication. I initially contacted this company in April to schedule cleaning services. After that, months passed without any reminders or follow-up communication, so I assumed the appointment had fallen through and hired another cleaning company instead. Then, on August 7, I suddenly received three text messages saying the cleaners were on their way, followed by another asking whether I wanted my refrigerator cleaned. I was in the middle of moving and didn't immediately see the first messages. When I saw the refrigerator text, I called right away because I was confused about how anyone had gotten into my house while I was away. I hadn't received any recent communication about an appointment since April. I reached the answering service instead of the company directly and asked them to have the cleaners leave my home immediately since no one was there. It turned out my husband had accidentally left the front door unlocked when he rushed out. Simon then called me and immediately began blaming me for not remembering an appointment from four months earlier, despite no reminders reaching me. He was rude, dismissive, and eventually hung up on me. When I called back, I again reached the answering service and explained the situation. I asked them to tell Simon that we wanted the cleaners to leave or we would have to contact the police because they were inside our home without our knowledge. Simon called again and said he was on vacation in Virginia. He claimed reminder emails had been sent. When I asked him to confirm the email address because I wanted to see if the messages had gone to my spam folder, he refused, saying he was on the beach and wasn't going to check. He also told me he had cleaned over 70 homes without issues. I responded that my experience was still valid regardless of his past business history. He eventually said his staff would leave since I had mentioned calling the police. Later, when we returned home, my husband noticed that a pair of shoes and his tool kit, which had been left on the counter, were missing. We also found trash left throughout the house, and the small amount of cleaning that had been done was not satisfactory. What concerned us most was discovering that our legally owned firearm, which had been hidden, had been moved along with its magazine and ammunition. We saw no reason why anyone should have been accessing that area of our home. My husband contacted Simon about the missing items, and Simon simply told him to call the police before hanging up. After that, Simon sent me multiple text messages from his personal phone, including screenshots from April, insisting his employees had not taken anything. I replied that we would allow the proper authorities to handle the matter and asked him to stop contacting me. He continued sending messages, so I told him that any further unwanted communication would be considered harassment. After speaking with my attorney, I requested Simon's or his attorney's contact information so all future communication could go through the proper channels. At that point, he finally sent a screenshot showing that my email address had been entered incorrectly in their system. That explained why I never received any appointment reminders. My question is simple: if the company had my correct phone number, why weren't appointment reminders sent by text after months of no communication? This situation escalated unnecessarily because of poor communication and an unprofessional response from the owner. Instead of addressing our concerns respectfully, we were met with hostility. We have reported the missing items to local law enforcement and will allow the appropriate authorities to handle the matter going forward. I hope the company improves its communication and customer service so others do not have a similar experience.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more I have been very dissatisfied with HomeForm Cleaning. They conducted a cleaning for my house after the previous tenants moved out on 5 May. I have two main concerns: 1 - Cleaning Quality) Most areas of the house looked fine, but I paid for the pet cleaning, and the stairs were skipped entirely. You can see in the photo that there was a significant amount of hair still in the carpet, and especially in the edge of the stairs. We had to spend a long time cleaning the stairs ourselves to get the carpet cleaned. 2 - Customer Service) While cleaning, the team flushed a toilet and left the water running (the stopper stayed open), and did not say anything. This was an unoccupied house, so the running water issue was not noticed until 13 days later when I came myself. When I raised my concern, I was first told that the water was ALREADY running, which was simply a lie (I reached out to the county to get exact water usage reports, so I know this). Additionally, the team called me on the first day saying they needed to add a second day to clean the house, and did not mention the running water whatsoever. So even if it WAS already running, they neglected to tell me that there was an issue. And if they had just taken 10 seconds to look at the toilet they were already cleaning, they would have realized they left the stopper up and stopped the water. Naturally, this resulted in a huge water bill even though the house was empty. When I reached out via email, Cristian @ HomeForm originally stated that they would "help wherever they could." However, after their original email, they have not responded to me since. I had to pay for their mistake myself, so my original cleaning ended up costing triple of what it should have. Nice people, medium cleaning quality, very unsatisfactory service. Whether you are renters moving out or an owner, you need to be able to trust that the company cleaning your home is one you trust. HomeForm Cleaning is NOT that company.

The best part is they came out and "inspected it" after I sent them a complaint on the service I had, to which they cleaned the areas that I spoke about.. there was still dust on the light fixtures, my window sills were filthy, the bathroom was anything but deep cleaned, the floors were also nasty, the baseboards still had dirt and dust on them.. however while they were cleaning the areas I mentioned, I was looking at my bathroom floor, and I was using a magic eraser to check to see if the floor is actually as still as dirty as it looks and Ginger (the owners daughter) said "surely you're not going through with an eraser". I said "no I was just looking.." and the FLOOR IS STILL FILTHY. Ginger made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home.. so I just wanted them to leave at that point.. after stewing about my not clean house after I hired a company to clean my house.. I went home and deep cleaned my bathroom floor, please see the before and after in the picture.. (the before is after Margie's deep cleaned my home) not to mention they promised me $100 back on my service and never sent it to me.. I truly feel taken advantage of, and scammed.. my fiancés brother just passed away and we were trying to get the house back together so I unfortunately hired Margie's cleaning to take some responsibilities off of our plate; and they absolutely did practically nothing in my 834 sq ft. House.. they even missed a room in the 4.5 hours that they had.. I went off of reviews, (I am an avid review reader) and I made the mistake of hiring them.. when informing people on a Facebook group about this incident; Margie's cleaning attacked me and said " 1st of all. I'm not putting details of what your house looked like on social media" eluding to the fact that my house was a wreck.. (screen shot in pictures). please feel free to look my Facebook up under "Tia Ruiz" and there you will find a public post with all of the receipts.. I genuinely do not want this to happen to anyone else so please please beware..I feel like they stole $475 from me. And the reason I paid them when I wasn't happy with the service is because I was naive and I did not want to get in any kind of trouble.. I was hoping they would do the right thing and they did not. P.s. I did leave a review on the BBB and this was their reply " We have already addressed this situation. Her story keeps changing. It all comes down to money. She was happy and even asked us to come back and clean! After we left inspection she paid within one hour. An hour after she paid she asked if her coupon was applied. Thad no idea of a coupon as she didnt mention it until after she made the payment. I did go ahead an allow her to use the coupon. $25. I refunded her the $25. Then she questioned the coupon. She misread it. Then Monday morning I come into the office to open up her email. She is lying. I dont think this is fair for my small business. She blackmailed me. I offered her $100 off and she said no she wanted a complete refund or she was going to social media.. this is why I did not refund her the $100. I was trying to appease her but that was not enough." They have not only attacked me on social media eluding to the fact that my house was absolutely trashed.. (I have before pics of what it looked like, and my fiancé and I made sure that everything was picked up and tidy, All they had to do was deep clean) they also have attacked my character calling me a liar, and a black mailer. All of the information I have is 100% the truth and the fact that I am going through this with a business is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, they said they sent me the $100 refund via email, and I never received it!! Proof in pictures. Consumer BEWARE
