We were told carpets would be dry in 3 hours and they took over 40 hours to dry. Then once carpets dried, every stain was just as dark as before they cleaned and there were chunks of dog hair on floor. Called and complained, they said they would be back out next day to redo the job. Another 40 hours later, after everything dried- carpets still looked the same. Just to humor myself I used my little green portable carpet cleaner on the steps only. The water was black and I got chunks of dog hair up. The lady told me that unless you vacuum your carpets EVERY SINGLE DAY, there is nothing they can do about this...?? I then had my husband call and ask for some money back or them to come back out and do something different. We spent 320 dollars so this was a huge amount of money we are talking about here. My husband called and said "Wow, that lady was extremely rude. I'm not talking to her if she's going to treat me that way". I then called and she said, "Mam I literally just talked to your husband for 10 minutes about this. I'm not giving you you're money back and we already came out twice." I have never been so unhappy with a service or company in my life. Customer service 0/5 all around. Not only was I not offered a refund but not even 50 dollars back, half back. Nothing. Spent over $200 and the house was still a mess when they left. Shelves weren't dusted, they did not move anything around on the ground when they were sweeping, mopping or vacuuming, left behind a lot of debris. Keep in mind, I had already gone through the house and pre cleaned myself, baseboards and all. I was looking for somebody to come in and finish up the fine details because I would be short on time. Specifically asked them to vacuum the couches and when I booked the service they said absolutely, not a problem. After they left it was clear they had not touched them at all. I was on site during the first half of the cleaning but had to leave for the second half, and they assured me that they would finish the job well and that it would be fine. Having used other cleaning services in the past, I did not feel uncomfortable leaving the house while they were still here but what a mistake! I had to have them come back and finish the job because I got back 20 minutes before they were supposed to be finished, and they were already gone yet charge me full price! I looked around and realized all of the spots they had missed, including the couches. The service sent the cleaning crew back, but I was out of the residence again. I had left my good vacuum cleaner out since I had been using it a few days prior and after they left I realized they they must have used my vacuum because the release button was now broken. Having just used it a couple of days before, I knew that it was working fine until this cleaning crew had come out. They did not clean the tops of the tables, there were little cobwebs and dust up on ceiling vents that I had assumed they would vacuum as well or clean out. Even the mopping they did in the kitchen was atrocious. There was still food on the floor under the table from breakfast! Absolutely would not recommend this company whatsoever, I am appalled at how horrible this was. What a waste of money! After the scheduled 3 hour cleaning of the 2000+ sq ft house they had the wife walk around and sign off. She did not finding and glaring issues. Plus she just wanted them gone so she could get the baby down for a nap. Later we found spots they missed on the wood floor so no way they mopped. Found crumbs on carpet so they did not vacuum all that good. They missed glaring cob web in the tray ceiling in the bedroom. About 1/3 of baseboards still have dust. Like I told my wife she would have done better in the 3 hours and she is one person compared to the 3 the had.
