We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. I found Happy Earth through a neighbor recommendation. Someone from their company came out and toured my house. They asked me specially what I wanted in my cleaning. This was so helpful! I was able to point out areas I wanted extra attention. They have now cleaned my house twice and they do such a wonderful job. They send me a recap email each time - such a personal touch. I can only say good things about Happy Earth and have already recommended them to many people!

This included the microwave, shower walls, and apparently much more I later found. Kitchen floor - looks like they used a wet swiffer. They did not go thru much effort and missed all the corners. I re-mopped after they left Kitchen and Bathroom counters/sink - looks like it was wiped down with a wet paper towel only. No scrubbing effort at all. Wood floors thoughout the house - they only cleaned what was visible with a swiffer. Did not go under any furniture or bookcases that a swiffer would easily fit under. Again, did not go to the corners. And did not go behind any of the bedroom doors. If they can't see it, apparently it doesn't need to be clean. The only thing they apparently clean in the bedrooms is swiffering the visible floor. They do not wipe down the tops of dressers or empy shevles. And of course no dusting. I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Big waste of money, as I had to clean after they left.

Kelly up charges & rips off every one of her customers - she is a very greedy person. She told…read more friends of mine she would clean their couches, she didn't but still charged them $90 on top of her normal rate. She was supposed to clean our floors, bathroom, & kitchen (my friend recommended her until the couch ordeal but we had already hired her). She proceeds to bring the world's oldest wretched vacuum cleaner and turns it on and there is quite literally a cloud of dust coming out of it. When she "mopped" our kitchen she only hit about 20% of the floor & then it smelled like urine (I can't imagine where that mop has been ). When we called her out She swore at my husband over text messages for multiple days on end. If you want a pee smelling kitchen Cozy's is your place! Sad to see a fellow POC business owner damage the community in an area we already struggle in. Do better.

As an older person who cannot do some of the deep cleaning of my apartment, I really appreciate her thoroughness. I ordered the deep cleaning package. She washed the baseboards and all the doors and wiped down the kitchen cabinets. Also wiped out the oven and microwave and polished the stainless appliances. She scrubbed the floors on her hands and knees. The bathrooms sparkle! Kelly is very personable and respectful. Well worth the price.
