We've been using The Cleaning AUthority for several years after using another cleaning service for several years. The ladies generally do a good job of cleaning the things they tell you they will clean. I would be happier if they mopped hard floors, but sadly that's not included in the prices they quote. They do send a seemingly different team every week, which is both good and bad. While they don't always know where all the trash cans are, etc., I think we get a better cleaning from teams who don't necessarily know what we'll complain about and what we won't if it gets missed. (That was our primary complaint about the previous cleaning service -- they got lazy over time and stopped cleaning certain things altogether if we didn't complain when they missed the areas once.) They are usually late getting to our house compared to the time they are scheduled to arrive according to their smartphone app. And they rarely speak enough English to communicate well, but a translation app on my iPhone generally solves that problem. Sometimes we get a crew of three and sometimes only get one person. I always feel sorry for the ladies who show up alone and have to spend a few hours cleaning by themselves. Ivonne was alone today, but did a great job. She was thorough and more attentive to detail than some of the other ladies. We were very happy with the work she did. read more

First off, I would just like to say that this cleaning company is the best I have ever used. Their customer service is unlike any other. Any time I have called, I have never been put on hold or sent to voicemail, and the person on the other line is so kind and attentive. THIS IS THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL YOU WANT!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE IS COMING IN YOUR HOME!!! Now, for me personally, I am just an old woman in a small apartment. I cannot move around as well as I used to, and these ladies go above and beyond to get everything spick and span. The prices are EXTREMELY fair and I trust these women with everything I own. MARIANA AND YULEYDI -- you two are incredible at your job. Seriously, I cannot think of two better employees at this company. They are QUICK, and EFFICIENT, and SO GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!!!!! If you're not using The Cleaning Authority, you're seriously missing out!!!!!!! read more

We had 3 different cleaning "family duos" and ended with them telling me when they will clean, another couple could never seem to get here on time. The last crew ended with one of them hiding her alcohol cup but she made a mistake and left her cup in the powder room sink! We have been using Cleaning Authority for around a year and I have adopted Team 6 as "My Team"! I love them (Magdalena, Eliza and Leticia). If they are taken away I will be heartbroken and would be tempted to check out other options! They always leave our home so clean and fresh. We have them every 2 weeks and wish I could have them every day. Besides that they have a great command of English and a very pleasing appearance. There is no doubt the other teams are tops but quite as top as #6. The company is very reliable and trustworthy with affordable pricing.' read more

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a few months now and am very pleased with their service! The rotation system (deep cleaning a particular area on a weekly basis) ensures that all areas of the get really clean on a regular basis. I love that things like kitchen cabinets (including baseboards!) are wiped down thoroughly. Bathrooms are really scrubbed well and blinds get cleaned. We had one week where some things got missed and they immediately offered to have a team come out the next day to re-do the cleaning. Very impressed with the customer service and yesterday Rita and Nora did an amazing job! read more

My dad has been using The Cleaning Authority once a month since my mom passed away a few years ago. Knowing him to be somewhat critical of paid services like this, I was surprised when he asked me to write a review on his behalf. Yeni, Yazmina, and Viri showed up with smiles and left my dad with a great, big smile of his own! He walked me around showing off his clean house and pointing out all the little details the ladies handled. This service not only handles basic cleaning essentials effectively, but they also help keep my dad's home in company-ready shape! read more

I was very happy with the work done by Yellin and Yulisa today! I have not used a cleaning service in many years, and not since moving to Birmingham. The Cleaning Authority was recommended to me by friends, and we were very pleased with their work. We hired them for a one-time deep-clean, and they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a thorough job. We are considering scheduling regular monthly cleaning, and if we do, we will certainly hire the Cleaning Authority for the work. Thanks again, Yellin and Yulisa!! read more

Emmily and Angela and Ydritia do a wonderful job cleaning my home. They leave it looking brand new every two weeks. They vacuum and fluff my couch, which is a huge help with two cats who shed. They make my beds perfectly and the kitchen is always spotless. Job well done. I appreciate the consistency each week. It is always worth the cost of the service, excellent value. read more
