This spring I had my gutters cleaned by another local company - literally all they did was climb the ladder in 3 spots, check the gutters, see that they weren't clogged, and then head to lunch. $185 for 10 minutes of "work." Enter Mike and Gutter Pal. After the most recent gutter cleaning failed to resolve the leak, I reached out to Mike. He came the following day to take a look and diagnosed it as a bad seal on the joint. He fixed it on the spot, and since he and I hadn't discussed the repair prior, he waived his usual minimum service charge. Unnamed gutter companies, take note - that's what customer service looks like! I haven't used Mike for gutter cleaning yet, but suffice it to say he's won all of my future gutter business.
