The Chocolate Workshop is the new venture from the lady behind Chocoholly, the organic chocolate producer based in Brighton. I have sampled Holly's chocolate before at local food festivals and at Dermot O'Leary's Fishy Fishy restaurant and it really is delightful.
Flavours include strawberry and chili white, chili and coconut dark, cardamon and milk, geranium and rich milk, cranberry and cinnamon white, as well as plain milk and dark chocolates.
The shop sells many products and has numerous samples so that you can try all of the flavours before purchasing (always a winner in my eyes). Holly also now runs chocolate workshops where you can learn to make chocolate truffles, and also has a tea and coffee shop on the premises.
Brighton seems to have a number of artisan chocolate producers already established (we obviously have a sweet tooth down here on the South Coast!) and one more can only be of benefit. read more
