Has gone downhill over the years. I've been at West Village for several years, and have seen a…read moresteady decline. It's no longer worth the premium pricing. Pros: Grounds are kept clean, generally. Maintenance has been friendly and responsive for me. Convenient location and Manfield is a nice town. Cons: Steadily reduced office accessibility. Reduced office hours and staff, often opens late, particularly on weekends, with no notification. Not responsive to inquiries or needs - they leave the impression that you're inconveniencing them. The office manager often does not return calls/emails - the only real contact is an occasional complex-wide email blast from him complaining about something (but not resolving anything). Steadily reduced pool hours/accessibility - this has been a major gripe of residents for years, with zero improvements. West Village rental rates are above market and the gap widens yearly, in parallel with a decline in quality and service. It's a recipe for a complex in decline. I plan on moving when my lease ends. It's a shame, it used to be a nice place with friendly management.

Shady looking people hanging out in corners at all hours and I started locking my patio door. People speeding and drive reckless. Pool and playground gets very busy and feels thrashy. Heard from former neighbors that some buildings are infested. Police are there more often. Look and ask around before choosing this place. It didn't feel safe anymore especially with 5 and 7 year old kids. Stay away from buildings C & E.

Zero stars. Family Run Business "Corporate" is what they refer to themselves when speaking to…read moretenants...Nevertheless stay as far away as possible. Luxury living? False. Anything but. Gym equipment extremely outdated, computer lab is two computers totally outdated with viruses so you can't even use them and the clubhouse is halfway decent but always has teenagers breaking into it from this complex and the depot. Bringing me to the depot. In the summer the pool is always getting broken into by kids from over there because they need to pay for their pool. The depot brings major issues to this complex. Cops are always everywhere. They have been in this place so frequent that when I noticed one guy driving through a week ago I stopped him to ask. They have numerous people that they "check up on" weekly. Great! There is so much criminal activity it's hard not to notice. Many cars in and out all the time always late night issues and apparently there is drug dealing suspected in one of the buildings. Bad concept for a place like this for the rent they charge to be surrounded by this. They could better handle that but that would take effort. They also allow pets in the apartments, I don't personally mind but there are three buildings of at least 26 units each and one place for them to go the bathroom? And no dog park? Seems just like another way to make money without offering services for people with animals. I see at least two moving trucks a week. Place is a revolving door. Don't sign up to be part of this, you will regret it as soon as you do. Pool is falling apart, no insulation in between walls you hear everything! Water in units above is sooo loud. Water bills aren't what they quote either, who even charges water in an apartment? Parking isn't enough either. Garages are the only nice part of this place. Not worth the money, the sanity you will lose, or the fear of who lives next to you. Run don't walk away. I can't wait to move from this place soon, I know two other people in my building waiting to move where our neighbors did in Foxboro!

Sheila and Kyle in the leasing office are always extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming. Whenever a maintenance issue pops up, Brian and Joe respond incredibly fast and get everything fixed perfectly. The apartment size is great and offers a very functional, comfortable layout that fits my needs perfectly. The property itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by quiet woods. Between the excellent management, reliable maintenance, and included perks like heat and hot water, I highly recommend Mansfield Meadows to anyone looking for a long-term, stress-free place to live in Mansfield!"

It's sad how everything has depreciated since the Pandemic in the United States…read more I lived at Mansfield Meadows from 1996 thru 2001. It was quiet apartment complex including the area. I was thinking of returning to the complex. However, I am shocked of the latest reviews on the property. The first question that comes to mind is, has the property changed management companies? I have lived in a complex for eighteen years, similar to Mansfield Meadows and we hove gone through three property management companies. We experience the same issues from Smoking in the Hallways, Servicing Cars in the Parking Lot, Tenants expressing their aggression in public. Considering on how expensive it is to live in Massachusetts's, it is not worth the return to be subjected to such an environment. J. J. H., II
