Bringing me to the depot. In the summer the pool is always getting broken into by kids from over there because they need to pay for their pool. The depot brings major issues to this complex. Cops are always everywhere. They have been in this place so frequent that when I noticed one guy driving through a week ago I stopped him to ask. They have numerous people that they "check up on" weekly. Great! There is so much criminal activity it's hard not to notice. Many cars in and out all the time always late night issues and apparently there is drug dealing suspected in one of the buildings. Bad concept for a place like this for the rent they charge to be surrounded by this. They could better handle that but that would take effort. They also allow pets in the apartments, I don't personally mind but there are three buildings of at least 26 units each and one place for them to go the bathroom? And no dog park? Seems just like another way to make money without offering services for people with animals. I see at least two moving trucks a week. Place is a revolving door. Don't sign up to be part of this, you will regret it as soon as you do. Pool is falling apart, no insulation in between walls you hear everything! Water in units above is sooo loud. Water bills aren't what they quote either, who even charges water in an apartment? Parking isn't enough either. Garages are the only nice part of this place. Not worth the money, the sanity you will lose, or the fear of who lives next to you. Run don't walk away. I can't wait to move from this place soon, I know two other people in my building waiting to move where our neighbors did in Foxboro!

I was thinking of returning to the complex. However, I am shocked of the latest reviews on the property. The first question that comes to mind is, has the property changed management companies? I have lived in a complex for eighteen years, similar to Mansfield Meadows and we hove gone through three property management companies. We experience the same issues from Smoking in the Hallways, Servicing Cars in the Parking Lot, Tenants expressing their aggression in public. Attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful and they do not comply with Massachusetts law in regards to move outs and your security deposit based on this. The maintenance team does their best, but these units are old and between the outrageous rents and poor office staff experiences, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The buildings consist of 8 apartments that are spacious and very modern. Our particular building has been a pleasure as we are like family and look out for each other. We have 2 parking spots each as well as visitor parking. The storage units are very large and the laundry room is conveniently located in each basement. The community is quiet and safe. The Management does a wonderful job! Calls regarding any maintenance issues are returned quickly and resolved even quicker. The parking lots are plowed superbly! They will assist the elderly and disabled. There are many fun events, parties, organized field trips, potluck dinners, etc, just a wonderful sense of community. The grounds are well maintained and tenants decorate their balconies with flowers, etc The pool is clean and relaxing. We are now retired and are moving to Florida otherwise I would never move from here.
