Rude rude rude I was looking for some sashes to rent. I was…read moreasked how many I needed and I responded 2. He said you have to rent at least 10 and I said ok depending on the cost. I asked for material type and he asked what color and I responded white. He proceeded to the warehouse and I was going to follow and he said you can't come in the warehouse and I'm like ok (the other places allowed me to visit in the warehouse) fine. He came back with different material of sashes I was liking the organza and when I asked for the price the phone rang and he stopped talking to me and took the phone call and never returned to me. I waited for a lil bit and finally asked the lady and when she responded he finally decided to tell whoever he was on the call with to hold on. So I walked out not getting my business!!!! I ordered the sashes from the place on Central Ave who were more than willing to provide us excellent customer service!

Great great great service! These funks always do a great job for us. We had a mixup and the wrong…read moresized plates were delivered, it was just a miscommunication, not really anybody's fault. But part party connection got right on it and brought us the right size plates (late in the afternoon, too!) But they never complained about it and were eager to help us out! Every time I ask for help from these folks they are always quick to get me an estimate or answer any questions that I have.
