The staff is way more friendly and helpful (I've told the management twice). They have a large selection of used toys, clothes, books, etc. They also have some new/unused items. They have special liquidation events where you can get things even cheaper than their regular sale price. They make sure whatever you bring in is clean (No smudges or wear-and-tear). No batteries are included in their toys. They won't take clothes that don't sell well. They give loyalty points (1 point for every $20 bought/sold to them). It used to be that 20 points gets you 20% off your entire purchase but in Aug 2017 when they converted to use Vincinity, it now takes 40 points to get 20% off.

Overall the promotions weren't the greatest though. 30%-50% off mostly regular priced items which is still quite pricey in my opinion. They happened to have more clearance items for girls than boys. I was able to pick up 3 short sleeve shirts for my child at $4 each after the discounts and no taxes due to tax break.
