This is a Bath & Body Works that is located inside Hamilton Mall. It is nearest to anchor store…read moreDillard's, for reference. The store is typical of a Bath & Body Works, as they are all the same: colorful, exceptionally stocked shelves, neatly arranged and clean. There are hand soaps of both cream and foam, hand lotions, candles, shampoos, room air fresheners called 'Wallflowers' with beautifully decorated holders for them, and even more...and there is even a complete men's line of products. New are 2020 centric hand sanitizers that are wonderfully-moisturizing and aromatherapeutic. The sales people are always very helpful, friendly and cheerful. There is no charge to browse, and the clerks that work here won't mind if you do. Next door and somewhat attached to BBW is their sister company, White Barn. White Barn predominantly sells candles and beautiful holders for them. There is always some deal to be had here any time of the year. They also conduct an annual promotional event.

Just moved to Chattanooga for work and went into Windsor today looking for something for an event…read moremy new work is having. Lacey and Mark had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. They greeted me instantly and asked what I was looking for. I will definitely be back to see them when I have another occasion come up! Awesome job from this team

We live 30 minutes away from the Windsor in Chattanooga and my wife and daughter went to Windsor to…read morelook for an outfit for a dance. After hours of looking at other stores they finally found something at Windsor that she was not in love with but purchased it anyway thinking that if she found something that she liked better that she could take it back if she did not wear it. Keep in mind that the sales associates were very snappy and short about helping my wife and daughter. One of them was on the phone with a customer and overheard the interaction between my wife and an associate and snapped off something smart. Well my daughter did find something that she liked better at another store and decided to purchase it. We do not get to Chattanooga that often because we are 30 mins away. When we did get the opportunity to get back to Chattanooga to try and return the items to Windsor it had been 32 days since purchase date and they would not do anything to help us out. Come to find out the store "policy" is 15 days to return for refund and 30 days to return for store credit. First of all these terms are kind of short and second the associates would not do anything to accommodate our circumstance. I did notify the company and got a reply that someone from the company would be reaching out to me to see what they could do but no one did. I have responded several time to that email stating that no one has attempted to reach out to me but I have still not received any kind of response from anyone. I am a rule follower and understand the need for rules and terms but their terms are only printed lightly on the back of the receipt and their terms for refunds are shorter than any I've ever seen. Matter of fact my daughter wife nor I knew the terms until the sales associate point them out on back of the receipt. This is a very difficult company to work with.

I came in here as I happened to have my "no thank you"s from Kid2Kid and was on my way to Trader…read moreJoe's. Upon walking in, the store has a musty odor smell, which gave me zero faith in buying any of their clothing items. My son had to use the bathroom, and as soon as we walked in, he said "ew smelly". The toilet bowl had COATS of blue toilet cleaner that had been left sitting. There was noticeable dust on every surface in there. Then, while waiting for the man to go through my box of items, I told me son he could look through the toys. I looked around the books and toys and realized how awfully they were priced for second-hand items... same went for clothing that I eventually peeked at out of curiosity. Faded and worn items marked almost retail in some cases! When they finished with my box, they took about 20 items and the payout did not match any of my other payout experiences, as it was low. However, I will say, they seem to be significantly less picky that K2K so I would say if you're consigning, you can probably skip donating and get a small payout instead here! And they also offer same payout amount where you do "store credit" or "cash". I know OUAC is a franchise and I will say that this one ranked pretty low out of the ones we've been to (at least 7 locations I can think of).

This…read moreindependent store seemed cool, with so many naturally made things to choose from - fashion, gems, musical instruments, and accessories. The staff are welcoming too. But the earrings turn out to not be a guaranteed great choice...since not every pair is actually made to be worn and they can't be returned! At $25 a pair, the end of each earring can't be re-attached after taken out of the backing because the hole for the backing to go into wasn't made to be large enough to really fit accurately. You can see from the pics. And jamming that slim metal piece in would just bend it. So these earrings can't be used as earrings. Since we all know how stretched our dollar is these days, not spending on earrings that can't be worn is something to consider.

When my daughter called me at work and told me where she was, and what happened I was so thankful that these associates were so quick thinking and thoughtful. Going forward we are definitely going to be lifelong customers. The two employees working during the mall lockdown today were true heroes. They quickly stepped into action, assisting five teenagers who were shopping in the store when the mall was suddenly put on lockdown. Without hesitation, they guided the teenagers to a secure area in the back of the store, ensuring they felt safe and supported during a frightening situation. The employees made a point to check on them every five minutes, offering reassurance and comfort until the situation was resolved. When my daughter called me at work to explain where she was and what had happened, a wave of relief washed over me. I was immensely grateful for the quick thinking and compassion displayed by these associates. Their actions not only safeguarded my daughter and her friends, but also highlighted their dedication to customer care. Because of this experience, my family and I are committed to being lifelong customers at this store.
