The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and immediately welcoming. As soon as I walked in, Mr. Mike greeted me warmly and offered assistance, then personally guided me to the men's running shoe section. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. I won't bore you with a list of store names (just go to their website) but it's a comprehensive shopping experience from designer to everyday brands. Shoes, clothes, jewelry, accessories, kids stores/toys. There isn't any restaurant experience here, but they do have a few classic "mall food" snacks, like Auntie Anne's pretzels and Great American Cookies, plus a candy store, coffee, and tea. Personally I like to come here when it's cold outside, or at least cool weather. There's really not much shaded parking, plus it's just too hot to walk outside from store to store in the summer heat.

Since my son was not with me to try on his suit, I specifically asked right before buying the outfit if it didn't fit, could I return it or if I should bring my son in to try it on instead. The owner was very sneaky and said, "Yes, sure, you can bring it back." When I arrived home, the suit was too big and when I tried to return it for a smaller size, she had no suits in his size and could not order a suit in time for our event. She would not return our money. Don't believe anything she says, because she will ultimately go by what is on the receipt because once you have the receipt, it says NO REFUND on it, even if she told you that you could bring it back. It is her way of making money. Just plain dishonest!

We did end up finding a Nike golf glove for $6 and a 4-pack of bras for $10. Pretty good deals Girl at the register was friendly. Whenever I'm looking to find good stuff for a good deal, I always walk away with items every visit. Of course, I am not expecting Ross to be always organized with top tier service. But as of May 2026, the bare minimum quality of service has drastically declined. Upon walking in, shoes were all over the floor, forming mountains of disorganized dump. Size stickers (like a size 9) on the wrong shoes (size 11). As I browsed through different aisles, clothes were misplaced everywhere, on floors, dangling on hangers and different sections. These are the results of a very understaffed team. But the worst part has yet to come- while I was able to find 2 items worthy of checkout, my future visits will depend entirely on how long the line gets per cashiers. I waited nearly 30 minutes in line after one of the two cashiers had to step out. Then the one cashier was having some issues with the register, so for a few minutes nothing was moving. I know their current team is doing their best, but Ross' upper management needs to realize it's unacceptable that people waited this long to the point the line reached the beauty section! (See photo.)
