My child needed a sports physical to be able to try out and participate in a school activity. We had a small window between jobs so we had to get government insurance. They completely refused my child care during that time, we had multiple conversations with Oregon pediatrics as what we needed was a pressing matter, received poor information multiple times. We were told we didn't need it since she had been seen within 2yrs, incorrect, then we waited weeks until we had secured insurance that they took again, and the morning of this long awaited appointment they cancelled the appointment, (after my child had already missed school.) due to the government insurance still showing up on their end even though we had already cancelled it. Absolutely wrong on so many levels. The staff when addressing this issue were VERY unprofessional, adding insult to injury we were called a liar. Unbelievable, we had been loyal to them for YEARS, and to be treated this way is just wild.

So rude! My infant was seen in the ER and she has the nerve to tell me my concerns for my infant aren't enough to warrant a doctor visit. Really? Because the ER doc and his pediatrician thought the appointment was necessary why is she making decisions like that? I hardly think a receptionist is qualified to give her uneducated opinion.

Not only will they work with you on general issues, they are so thoughtful, patient and kind that they'll take the time to get to the bottom of specific issues, too. Doctor Pickworth is the best doctor I've ever had the privilege of seeing. She is authentically compassionate, understanding and takes time to help you fully understand, think through solutions, and truly work with you, where you're at. I was able to address an issue under her care almost immediately after having worked (and failed) for years under the care of another doctor. So grateful that I found this clinic. All of the staff are so wonderful and cheery, and like I said, Pickworth is the best. Seriously, haven't ever thought I could be excited about doctor's appointments, but here we are. Thank you to the team at NW Integrative. Y'all ROCK.

She is amazing with chronic health conditions that have left other doctors puzzled. She is kind, emphatic and very knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything and works with me. On August 5, 2024, and October 18, 2024, Dr. Mary Miller asked my wife and me if we wanted our daughter to receive the hepatitis B vaccine. I remember the conversation vividly because Dr. Miller shared with my wife and I that she was going through a divorce. We explicitly told Dr. Miller that we did NOT want our daughter to receive this vaccine at that time. We did, however, consent to other vaccines, including Polio, DTaP, Hib, Pneumococcal Conjugate, and Rotavirus. During the week of June 23, 2025, my wife and I requested Penelope's vaccine records from Olson Pediatrics because her daycare required them. To our dismay, the records showed that Penelope was given the hepatitis B vaccine on August 5, 2024, and December 18, 2024, despite our clear refusal. On June 30, 2025, at 12:54 PM, my wife called Olson Pediatrics and spoke with a staff member named Hillary to inquire if this was a clerical error, as we had declined the hepatitis B vaccine. Hillary confirmed that it was not a clerical error and stated that the office had no record of our refusal of the hepatitis B vaccine. We are deeply concerned about this breach of trust and intend to file a formal complaint with the Oregon Department of Health and other relevant oversight agencies regarding Olson Pediatrics' actions. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.

The medical center is easily navigated, with a volunteer near the entrance to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is usually easy to obtain although it can be crowded depending on the time of day and the day of the week that one is visiting the medical center. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked. The center itself is neat and clean. Oregon Clinic Cardiology is difficult to contact, with return calls often not addressing what the message was. My own cardiologist has been a challenge to work with but the facility itself is decent. I hope that Oregon Clinic Cardiology can take a "customer service note" from Legacy and up their game to match my experience with Legacy's excellent customer service.

They do this to my best friend and I'll never forgive myself for not speaking up more but these women are pure evil. They're tactic is to terrify you by saying the babies life is at risk and then they swap out the nurse and the doctor last minute. I've heard of the story many times and I didn't think it would happen to her, but then it did literally verbatim. Pitocin epidural forced in to C-section, even though the baby was in the canal they lied and said that he swallowed his meconium and then they forced her to take the baby out and then I had to go to the Nicu so now they made a half $1 million on her there was nothing wrong with her. Do not have your child here. Have a natural birth. Don't let these monsters scare you into making them money and putting your baby and your life at risk. They did the textbook tactic.. may they burn in hell

I simply asked the clinic to hold my account until the matter was resolved, but instead of showing patience or compassion, I was discharged as a patient and accused of being verbally insulting. The reality is that I have only been treated rudely and unfairly by the clinic staff. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me has added significant and unnecessary stress while I am already navigating postpartum recovery and caring for my baby. Patients deserve compassion and respect, not to be dismissed during an ongoing insurance investigation. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and mistreated, and I hope no other patient has to go through what I have. Response : I am disappointed by the clinic's response. My reviews reflect my actual experiences as a patient and are not "harassment." The billing issue relates to an ongoing error with OHP, and I have been instructed not to pay until it is resolved. I have never engaged in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff, and I find it concerning that such examples were suggested in connection with me. I hope this matter can be addressed with professionalism and respect.
