Who wants to eat that? It cost $15 and was really bad. Absolutely zero effort put onto a plate. Also they give you a real plate but plastic dinnerware and disposable cups!? Spring Seedling Extravaganza Review…read more Finding Organic fruit, veggie, and herb seedlings to fill a home garden can be challenging... doing it without buying any Monsanto varieties... SUPER difficult... there are only 3 places in the state of Ohio that are listed online as not only Seed Safe... but Monsanto free. The prices are so amazingly cheap... the same or less than the average garden center for non-organic you wouldn't believe me if I told you... head to their web page... click over to their Facebook page (Yelp doesn't allow direct FB links) and see the discussion of today's events. Gallon pots of tomatoes... not many... but I showed up right at 9 am and lucked out... dozens and dozens of varieties of the "normal" size containers you can get elsewhere... not only a plethora of tomatoes... but hot peppers... herbs...and the lettuce!! Let me tell you about the lettuce... the cutest little sample packs in the world... 6 tiny plants of 2 leaf lettuce and 1 kale variety... just perfect to rotate harvests with the "normal" size seedlings. They participate in the Norwalk Farmer's Market.. .and even had some jam on hand for sale. This was a 150 mile round trip for me... maybe I'll make it back later in the season when my lettuce is gone... sure wish they were closer!!
