That being said, after I raised this concern with Mike, the proprietor, he was quick to respond and explain the issue (some theft problems) and what was being done to correct it. Since then, they have installed a security camera, so no more shadowing, which is great! I contacted Ted prior to the due date, and he refused to work with me, even when I had documentation from my bank, and offered to allow him to contact my bank directly. Spoke with Michael, the district diretor, explained my issues with him, and he said he emailed Ted to waive all fees and allow me to get a new loan. Both Ted and Michael were made aware that my account was closed at my request due to fraud, and I have new checks. Michael said Ted can add my new account number to my CheckNGo profile. When I contacted Ted a few hours later, Ted demanded $300 to cover my check that was returned "closed account", after Michael said I would pay $117 plus be able to get a new loan. Emailed their corp. office, and was blown off. Left Michael a 2nd voice mail. Im told my account will be refered to collections and my credit will be runined if I dont pay $300. When I contacted Ted prior to my loan's due date, I asked If they could hold onto my check for 3 extra days, He refused. Now I cant do business with Check N Go anymore, and I was told I cant get payday loans from anyone as my "bad debt" will be reported. Im sure they get lots of dead-beats, but I called prior to my due date, and offered to make good on my load, and have proof I was a victim of fraud. Not interest and payments once a month like any other loan...no...DAILY INTEREST and every paycheck. I called to get my balance so i could pay it off in full and the balance was higher than the original loan amount!!! I asked to negotiate a cash settlement and was told sorry...it says in the contract...blah blah blah...So...not willing to work with their customers equates to a defaulted loan.

Got a call this morning from someone stating I needed to make arrangements to pay it off. I told the gentlemen and I say that with regard to his gender only, because he was rude and I feel that the customer service he provided to me was so upsetting. Asking me questions about if I had a 401K or a family member I can borrow the money from. What kind of questions are those. That was invasion of privacy and rude. What type of person does not listen to your explaination as to why you cannot pay this money back right now. So now I am in poor standings with this company.
